  • about Haneef I remember too she had a baby! anyway in Italy we have Viganò, Arcangeli, Negrini (that should come back this year)...
also Zetova had a baby didn't she??

  • Çiğdem Can Rasna, Bahar Mert, Natalia Hanikoğlu and Arzu Göllü

  • in Poland also Rosner, Pykosz, Jaszewska, Swieniewicz, now Jagielo, Szeluchina (she has 2 children already)
    Mirka Francia has also son
and of course Kim Staelens was playing in WCH few weeks after birth too :)

  • Can we consider Kirillova still in activity?

  • But she is not playing anymore as far as I know...if we list all players who had kids after their career this topic would explode ;)

If you are writing only active ones, Bahar, Arzu and Çiğdem don't play anymore. Probably Natalie as well. But you have already written retired players such as Negrini,Sliwa, Swieniewicz,Ruziç and Mireya Luiz :what:

The idea is to list the players who had children while they were still playing.

But those players continued playing after having babies. Wijnhoven had her baby last year as far as I know and after that has not played again (yet). My intention for the topic was to praise playing mothers because most players become mothers only after their career.

EDIT Joana said it faster and much more accurate ;)

  • She's no longer active but had children during her playing career : Robyn Ah-Mow Santos

Didn't Agnieszka Bednarek take last season off to have a child?

Fernanda Venturini has a child or more than one I think

  • Bednarek resigned from giving a birth.
