Male players
1. Zaytsev (The most important man for Macerata, he is usually the one who turns the game around who puts in the next gear for Macerata)
2. Kaziyski (the most important man for Trentino, he is lined up constantly against triple block, but he still finds a way to score, usually the best player in decisive matches)
3. Henno (without him Macerata would be a few places down in the Italian league ranking, his defence is just way above most liberos)
Male coach: Stoychev (absolute geniuos in tactics, he developes awesome players, look how good Djuric has become)

PLAYERS:

3. Saori Kimura
COACH: Hugh McCutcheon
1 Osmany Juantorena because he is still the best player I've ever seen!
2 Murilo Endres because he's amazing, MVP in the olympics, brilliant despite his height.
3 Mikhaylov-Kaziyski-Kurek and Tethyukin could all be third but since Kurek was injured in the late of 2012,Kaziyski stopped playing with NT and Tethyukin didn't achieve anything with his club I will give the third place to Mikhaylov who won the two most prestigious competitions in the world: CL and OG (and won russian league witch isn't bad either :p )

2 - Maxim Mikhaylov
3 - Dmitriy Musersky
Men's Coach: Vladimir Alekno
Tetyukhin was chosen Sportsman of the year, not volleyball player, sportsman - in Russia. And they have a lot of olympic champions and medalists.
Players:
1 - Dmitriy Muserskiy - I thought a lot about the possible best player of the year. My vote for him is based not only on the crazy final against Brazil, but rather I see him as the most consistently performing player in Russia in 2012. He is often forced to change positions and just as often doing it without problems. He was unlucky with Belogorie last year, but won the MVP of the Russian Cup in the last days of the year.
2 - Sergey Tetyukhin - this is probably the last time to vote for Tetyukhin, my vote is based on his contribution to the NT, the Olympic Games in general and his extraordinary career. Russia would've lost the Olympic final in three if it wasn't for Tetyukhin and Muserskiy.
3 - Ivan Zaytsev - this might be a bit strange when there is WL, OG and Champions League to choose from for vote points. I give Zaytsev one point because of the immense progress he made in 2012, I believe he and Grozer were the ones to develop most, but Zaytsev impressed me a bit more.
