  • Some Bulgarian NT players are said to return to Bulgaria to play at the Cup finals. Which practically means for a duration of 2-3 weeks in total. Rumours link several names, but here I will write only the confirmed deals. So far it seems there has been one certain transfer. Teodor Salparov should be joining Neftochimik 2010 today. Once again, this is only valid for the Cup finals as these are the last matches of the season.

  • The list of confirmed players who will return to compete in the Bulgarian Cup continues. Rozalin Penchev (OH, Effector Kielce) and Chono Penchev (setter, CEZ Karlovarsko (Karlovy Vary, Czech Rep.)) will play for their former club Victoria Volley Plovdiv, the only second-division club to enter the Cup finals. The discussion about the Cup, some results and how the teams/players performed will go on in the Bulgarian league thread.

  • Last update this season about Bulgarian players returning home and Bulgarian clubs, I promise. Miroslav Gradinarov in Dobrudzha, the Bratoev brothers and Nikolay Nikolov in Montana, Salparov and Stanislav Petkov in Neftochimik, Metodi Ananiev in Levski, Zlatan Yordanov and Todor Valchev in Marek. Transfers valid only for the Cup that starts tomorrow, April 20. More in the Bulgarian league thread.
