the most important lack here is probably Bartman (OH/OP) :whistle:

another one is Bociek (OP), but he has some health issues

Mika has health problems (knee). He didn't play whole season because of it and despite he played at the end of league, he need time to recover. There is possibility that he won't play even in ECH.

I hope Drzyzga will play better and better, because he is good and has possibilities. I don't believe too much in Kowal's coaching so maybe thanks to De Griorgi we will see much better Fabian.

My biggest hope is Muzaj as Opp, he has huge possibilities.

Muzaj unfortunately had not so bad technique but during this season in Jastrzębie he regressed to jump high and hit hard. His efficency was based mostly on that factor because he is the highest jumping opp in the leauge

Muzaj for sure have big potential - he is tall, left-handed, have huge spike reach, but he still have a lot to improve, especially in keeping spike directions. Despite this he is already good opposite, one of the best in Plusliga. We have to remember that he had only two seasons in Plusliga as first opposite in Jastrzębski Węgiel - earlier he wasn't playing to much in Skra Bełchatów and had serious shoulder injoury. Now Muzaj possess very good conditions to development. He is playing in very good team and his coach - Mark Lebedew - is great specialist, that's very important. I think that in next years he would be only even better. Now I hope that he'll get some chances to play in NT this summer.

Yes, i agree to all of it but he is so fast with Kampa. He played very well on high ball and Quick with Kampa amazing. Same like Wlazly but compare to him, Muzaj is still young and so much perspective ahead of him and us, I hope :cheesy:

I really don't know what to say. Zaksa is not even that strong comparing to other international clubs and if they're trying to rebuild a team like that one in Zaksa then how they are going to compete against teams with a different philosophy from their strongest club of their respective national leagues? :white:

And I still cannot believe they are hoping for Fabian to work out his demons instead of going for someone new, younger, far stronger and more promising setter? There are a lot of ways to improve your team without complicating issues. Fabian can work on his issues with club volleyball. But having a new setter can probably take time but maybe worth the risk especially with the level their best setters are at. It's just too good to pass at. The way they are going... I'm not sure why they are trying to make life harder for themselves. 1-3 years may seemed too long for them but maybe not for the competition. This could really end bad for Poland without Wilfredo. Poland is such a mess. Antiga is probably laughing. :whistle:

It's so weird, cause end under Antiga was so messy, and I trully hoped that Fefe will fix some things, but now our crisis seems bigger and bigger, and Fefe seems not having idea what to do with it. I asked after Poland v USA why Kłos was benched whole polish WL tournament. And Fefe said that he didn't needed MB substitution, when our youngsters were not blocking at all. Drzyzga is different case and it's hard to comment it without swearing. I seriously hoped that Drzyzga/Łomacz and Komenda will play at the WL.
Rumor has it that there will be no calling up Wrona/Możdżonek/Nowakowski to EuroVolley. Possibile is the return of Łukasz Wiśniewski.

I see its a standard that coach of Polish nt cant coach more than 2-3 years...
President of Polish federation should look at own decisions in the past and think of resignation from this function.
I dont want to judge if De Giorgi s fired is correct, but for me for sure wrong decision was let Antiga go or even Anastasi before. :read:
