Training with a construction job

    First time posting here, 8 season league player. I currently work in the construction field, so already I get a bit of a workout during the day, could be back, could be arms, and mostly core. The problem I have is finding time to train and finding exercises that won't destroy me for work the next day, my question is what would be some good exercises that I can do for say my arms, core and legs?

    Attack v. To force ones hand upon the ball with such a force that your opponents go home crying to mommy.
