Thanks to Polsat, German TV is not allowed to broadcast GER-POL today :white: :aww:
Apparently there are some problems with the broadcasting rights, the German channel dealt with the international agency for the WCH TV rights and everything was alright but now Polsat creates problems and we can watch only via internet again :wall:

Oh my! I go to this forum to discuss volleyball and day after day I have to read in WCh thread what politically obsessed people think about Russia. Sure let's celebrate the way disrespectful Polish crowd behaved towards Russian volleyball players. Yes, lets say Poland's win is a revenge for 1939 or Crimea or whatever else problem Polish people always had with Russia. Bravo, Polish people in the crowd and some of you on this forum. More political opinions, more hatred! Lets make this forum a political dumpster!
funny, that you are the one, who is the most rude and agressive here and Poles here didn't defend Polish crowd and said it was ok, only tried explained reasons to people who has no idea what's going on between Poland and Russia right now. For God sake it was me who said that Spiridonov spitting on someone story is not sure information (though it seems valid now) and if so he was probably provocked

you can repeat how many times you want how disrespectful and horrible Polish fans are, but it doesn't change few facts:
1) it's the first time any national team was booed in Poland, while it's typical behavior in some other countries.
2) your athem was booed by small part of audience, the rest (huge majority) was trying to drown it by clapping, which is basically confirmed by RUSSIAN people, not some fairytale
3) Poles in general doesn't love Russia (as a country) right now, but from what I saw among Russians I know and on Russian forums, the level of pointless hatred toward Poland is the same or even bigger
4) while sport should not be connected to politics and players should never be punished because of politician, expectation of 100% polite welcome few weeks after simulation of armed attack on Poland and nuclear attack on Warsaw is "a bit" utopian

that's all I wanted to say about this situation, let's watch the game now.

make peace, not war  :flower:

If I'm rude and agressive here it's funny that you have started this political crap with unfair accusions to another Russian user here. And now you just can't seem to stop political crap even though you've already said you're stopping some days ago! Way to go!
Yes, let's watch the game, it's pretty entertaining.

And even though I really don't like the way Bernardinho acts during games and sometimes after them, but the truth is - He's one of the best coaches in history of the game. His teams are always in top form for the main tournaments. Constantly, for a long-long period of time. They don't win everything, it's impossible, but they are always near it.

Maybe it's because the channel is apparently available in Poland for free.

Adrenaline is finally coming down a bit. I was shaking and feverish the whole time, geez. :gone:
France put a hell of a fight against Brazil today, as expected. N'Gapeth was amazing, spiking some ridiculous balls and always getting the point. Brazil's reception was very shaky today during Le Roux, Le Goff and N'Gapeth serves and Lucarelli, even though he finished as the best scorer of the game, had plenty of off moments. Hopefully everything works better tomorrow against whoever advances.

Now time to prepare to POL-GER. :call:

France had chance until Lucarelli blocked Sidibe 1 on 1. Turning point of tie break. Congrats to Brazil, they showed mental stability in crucial moments what makes them a world class team. Even they are playing with 4 players in attack..

That block really was the turning point. Otherwise, France could've easily turned it around. Thankfully Lucarelli didn't screw up there.
And it's a shame about Murilo. He was finally starting to improve and getting more confidence in attack before the F6, scoring quite a bit against Russia. He'd help a lot to relieve the attack system if he hadn't suffered that damn thigh sprain. :S
