Paris vs Cannes...

This will be the third game opposing two french teams this year (after Toulouse vs Poitiers in CEV cup, and Poitiers vs Beauvais in Challenge cup), it's becoming boring ...

I'll keep my fingers crossed for Jastrzebski from these 12.

Hmm... I'm wondering why...
I'm not happy with this draw for Jastrzębie. It is very good team, but playing against Russian teams is more than difficult.
By the way: do we have this "golden set" rule in play-offs

According to the CEV regulations, there will not be golden set in the champion's league.

4.7.1.4 In case the tie remains i.e. when the point average is the same, the quotient of points won and lost in
the first match and the quotient of the points won and lost in the second match is to be used. The
team with the most favourable won match quotient is qualified i.e. the highest set points quotient of its
winning match, resulting from the division of all sets points won in that match by the number of all
sets points lost in that match.
Example:
Home match: Team A – Team B 75:25 = quotient for A: 3.00
Away match: Team A – Team B 26:76 = quotient for B: 2.92
team qualified: A
4.7.1.5 When all these quotients are the same, a tie-match must be disputed in the country in which the 2nd
match was played, at the earliest 24 hours and at latest 48 hours after this match. The winner of the
tie-match is qualified for the next round.
If a team refuses to play the tie match within the prescribed delay, the team is excluded from the
competition. The opposing team then automatically qualifies for the next round.

And of course, I'm very happy with this Final Four tournamnet in Poland. Łódź has a nice hall and Polish fans are great(I have no doubts about attendance - it will be high, not only when Polish team will be playing).

I'd rather bet on a Skra, Dynamo , Cuneo and Kazan final 4.

I'm pretty sure that Cannes will win against Paris. But I think that Kazan has obviously a stronger team than both Paris and Cannes.
And I think it's close between Cuneo, Piacenza and Panathinaikos.

Terrible game by Polish team. Dinamo is very good, but Jastrzębie played without any faith. They just wanted this macth to finish as soon as it was possible. I would understand that, if there were young players in Jastrzębie, but this team has many experienced players(Murek, E.Ivanov, N.Ivanov). No fight+bad reception= bad result.
