CEV Cup 2011/12

  • what is the score of golden set

  • Galatasaray won Golden Set :obey: :obey: :obey:

  • but last year golden set was played only if the teams won the same number of sets?

It's possible, you just have to believe in yourself and really not care what other people say, because I've heard it all.
If you let someone else dictate what you're going to do in life, then you won't get there.

Non so neanche come onestamente: in due mesi ero di nuovo in campo.

  • but last year golden set was played only if the teams won the same number of sets?

the rules are changed, teams must win the matches, set averages are not counting, also in champions league

  • Last year this rule was applied already. Only win matters. I personally don't think it's fair, it gives big advantage to the team hosting 2nd game.

  • I totally agree with you semi,it's kind of unfair for the team hosting 1st match..that's why I think altough Igtisadchi lost first match in Busto 3-0, with the help of crowd, they can win today match in Baku and then the golden set also, I hope!! Goooooooo Igtisadchi!!!!!!!!! :super:

  • The problem is that there is no totally fair way of handling it. For example, if one team wins first match 3:0 but all sets just 25:23 and in the 2nd match they once again win 1st set 25:23, even if the other team wins the other sets 25:15 it's too late. Also it happens that 2nd matches get very boring if it's clear that one team has advanced to next round after winning one or two sets. I'm not a big fan of Golden Set, but I think under these circumstances it's a good solution.
