I really can't imagine that. Maybe Stefan mixed up Femke and Dijkema?
Sorry, Matthias, I did indeed... I only know so far for sure, that Femke got a "good offer" from another league.

And Julia Wenzel will be in the extended one, primarily as CEV cup backup, similar to last season.
Nobody denies, that trying to get as far as possible in all three competitions includes the wish, to grab the championship from Dresdner SC, which roaster is not yet completed, but seems vulnerable for us so far. In CEV cup in case of luck in the draw semis are possible at most (Bronze would be a nice gift than ), like Dresden and Schwerin managed in the past too.
Wanna Buakaew is from Thailand, our team met her with Azerrail Baku in last seasons CL group phase.
With Julia Schäfer after Jennifer Pettke the team has now also two German core players in it's roaster... but it is all about money and having success, sorry.

Which means Lisa Thomsen is leaving. I have a feeling that she might return to Schwerin...

That's well possible, also because I think, Janine Völker is not strong enough in all cases. It was too difficult to get a decision from Lisa in Stuttgart and she was and would have been rather expensive for us.
I think Janine Völker by now is a very good libero, but it seems like she'll quit playing.
Mari Aase Hole was not mentioned in the newspaper article. Does anyone know if she has left ?

Yes, she definitely left Stuttgart meanwhile, our sporting manager told me some weeks ago.

Mareike Hindriksen leaves Bundesliga (DSC) and replaces Kathleen Weiss in Czech eternal champions Agel PROTEJOV as setter.
After analyzing the draw from yesterday, both Rote Raben Vilsbiburg and Allianz MTV Stuttgart face Italian powerclubs in the quarters of CEV Cup, if they manage to get there at all. Especially for Stuttgart this will be difficult: after an easy second round (first skipped) they face the loser of MKS DABROWA GORNICZA (Poland) and Agel PROSTEJOV (Czech republic), which is anyway a do it or die task with at best 50% survival chances.
In Challenge cup SCHWERINER SC has chances to get to the finals, if they overcome for example Bursa, but could travel to East-Siberian KRASNOYARSK to the finals, which if not only rather cold, but really far away.
USC Münster signs Bogdana Anisova.

Yes, there are considerable inconsistencies. On volleyball.de only 5 of 7 players of DSC known so far are listed, for Stuttgart also two (van Daelen, Pissinato) are missing, which were finally added on VBL yesterday.
Regina Mapeli Burchardt will not play for Potsdam next season.
