I'm not sure moving to a swiss team next season is a good choice. The league lost all at once Volero and Koniz, the winners of the last 17 championships. The level will drop a lot.

They chosed to be relegated right after the regular season. They were 8th in the ranking, but they didn't even play the play-offs, leaving their spot to Franches-Montagnes, 9th ranked. The club had no money to afford the league anymore.

Stuttgart signs Krystal Rivers from Béziers
Which means Nikoleta Perovic will leave because Stuttgart already confirmed Van Daelen as the other OPP.

Also on their website:

German NT setter was in the last season with Alba Blaj in final of CL - but likely used to not playing always, I guess. Because of course like Bugg before here playing time compared to Apitz will be likely limited.

And this way Dresden ensures, that they will have always one German player at court at least (both setters are German).

She should have gone there a few years earlier, maybe Alex Waibl could have taught her to become a better player when she was still young enough to evolve. At 28 I have little hope...

I think Oulic didn't stay in Schwerin. They have Szakmáry, Adams and i think that Geerties stay. But nothing official yet.

Mrdak has a 2 year contract in Dresden so she stays. No news about Pusic yet except that Stuttgart was negotiating with her some weeks ago.

Sarah Wilhite (USA) comes from Busto Arsizio :white: to Stuttgart and completes the attack (OH).

In my view these attackers of Stuttart are rather dangerous (especially Rivers, Poll, Wilhite, Sandor) and signals Schwerin and Dresden once again, that we want to win the championship...

It sounds like a good transfer, but Wilhite yet has to prove anything. She got very little time on court in Busto.

Meanwhile Nawaro Straubing confirms Celin Stöhr and Austrian setter Dana Schmit from last season's team staying there for next season.

Good move for Sarah. She picked the wrong club last season, staying always on bench. Basically it will be her real first pro season.

Okay, let us hope the best, I just read positive opionions regarding her, so I thought, this is a positive decision by Stuttgart. But it is reasonable to change, if you barely get playing times, to another club with better chances for it.
