i may not be the tallest,
    the fastest, or the strongest,
but at least i can do one thing better than anyone else,
    to be me...

  • To be quite frank.. yesterday was looking FIVB Calendar, saw the Tour and thought that if Pappi doesn't write it before 21 I will open the topic and will criticize Him that He don't remember about Asian Competitions. Probably He read the idea in My head.

  • TIANJIN Bridgestone (Champion 2010-11 of CNVLA) represents China to complete the tournament.

i may not be the tallest,
    the fastest, or the strongest,
but at least i can do one thing better than anyone else,
    to be me...

  • Very strange that private Champion Club won't play.

But it means that Cannes will get Wild Card.

  • so Evergrande can not play , because it`s a private club? what a stupid rules! :pinch:

its nothing about FIVB, or AVC, the vacancy to participating Continental Championship shall be confirmed by National Federations.

last League result shall be counted for CVA, if the Champion withdraws, the vice Champion replaces it.

2013 Edition, Champion of League 2011-12 - Guangdong Evergrande, subs by Shanghai Dunlop if needed....
    and so on..

i may not be the tallest,
    the fastest, or the strongest,
but at least i can do one thing better than anyone else,

  • And certainly for Thailand their NT will play another time

of course, they got a name of CHANG, a brand of Thai Beer...they have 90% chance to win the title this time and join WCC later this year again...extremely boring..

i may not be the tallest,
    the fastest, or the strongest,

there are 8 womens teams in Thai Professional League, 2011-12 is the 7th Edition
the regular season has not finished yet untill April 8th, 2012...
which is more interesting, none of the 8 teams is called Chang or sponsored by Chang

i only know most of the main players in Thai NT are dispatched to the Leagues abroad, like Turkey, Russia, and of course China...
however when they came back, there will be a Thai NT setting up, which is also regarded as a club sponsored by Chang (a beer retailer), similar to the Former Federbrau (a bank)...and the NT is always ready to take part in AVC Club Championship and World Club Championship

this kind of volleyball structure is completely confusing me...

i may not be the tallest,
    the fastest, or the strongest,
but at least i can do one thing better than anyone else,
    to be me...

  • Me too. Looking from the other side it's good opportunity for this NT to pratcise together in wider part of time than others.

Gold medal - World League 2013 Prediction Game
Bronze medal - World League 2012 Prediction Game

  • I heard that Chang is Federbrau sponsored name. So the club is Federbrau...

Thai championship was played for the first time in 2008, but I don't know if Federbrau played with all NT members. That's all I know.
