What the heck... in my opinion Japanese libero was EMBARASSING in the quarterfinal against Poland... Now, I didn't see the other matches, but watching this one, my opinion about her isn't very positive...

I was watching Poland-Japan game. It was quite good match, if we concider, that it is only Universiade tournament. It will be very difficult for Polish girls to defend their title. Today we play against Serbia. Not every nation treat Universiade seriously, but if somebody does - it is definitely the host (Serbia has a quite good squad, as well as Poland).
P.S. I have to say, that our Universiade team is very pretty. Some of the girls should join our first team soon, not only because of their skills After all, some of them already played in the first NT (Kaczorowska, Okuniewska e.g.).

Djerisilo def. Poland 3-0
She was really fantastic, the best I've seen her play in a long time.Unfortunately, there were few people in the crowd, the weather in Belgrade was horrendous (I don't remember the last time we had such a storm) and it probably contributed a lot to people not showing up.

I didn't watch the game, but it seems to be very easy victory for Serbia. However, it is better to lose on Universiade, than for example in European Championships, which - I hope - won't happen any more

Bronze medal for Poland after 3-1 victory over Russia. Nice It is third universiade medal for Poland in the row: silver, gold and now bronze. We have complete collection But this bronze is maybe more precious than those medals won before, cause the competition this year was more difficult.
