If that's true, I like that Kristin is back but not having Gibby and having Adams and Dixon instead is so strange, in my opinion.
Gibby did a very great job last year and had no real opportunity this year. I don't get Karch.

Well I don't agree either but I understand his decision, look.. How things were going both setters had a bad connection with their MBs and there were many sets only to Akinradewo, it did not matter who the other MB was when she was not gonna get set too often. So Gibby's strength is attacking, she prefers slides. Rachael's strength is blocking, she is not so good attacker and she attacks in front of the setter. So if the second MB won't get many sets why do you need her to be a great attacker? She chose Adams for blocking.. Then Adams started to play not so good, Gibby came in, I can't remember in which match but she did not do good when she was on court.. Karch put Dixon in, and she did good. Next time when Adams played bad she put Dixon in and she also did good. So in the next matches Dixon was a starter instead of Adams. Some people say Dixons strength is blocking, I think it's attacking, she hits a very good slide.. but she is a very good blocker too.
So I don't know what Karch will do but if Harmotto is not there then it will be really difficult for the USA

Well I think Hildebrand was the most suitable one because she brings the team together and has that energy and fighting spirit a captain should have.. she was a captain all throughout 2013 and in USA Volleyball Cup matches.. then she traveled only the first weekend in the WGP because Larson was not there and she could be a captain, Alisha was made a captain then. It's a good thing she is not anymore because I don't think she is suitable for that role. It has nothing to do with being good or a bad player, she is just not doing what a captain should do.. she is too passive first of all.. Same example is Santos from Cuba, she was a captain at the WCH, and then Sillie became captain.. That's the reason for changing captains.. I don;t know if this Harmotto thing is true but we'll see
Almost all american players express their admiration and respect for Harmotto in several interviews. That's why it makes sense to make her be the captain of the team.
Klineman posted a goodbye post to her roommate Robinson in Instagram...so yes, I think Fawcett is back. I fell bad for Alix, I like her...I think she was improving a lot, Id like to see more of her game in future as opp.
sorry to hear that gibby is not in the team. at least last year she did a great job in the NT as a MB, and she had a good connection with alisha. this year, she did not get many chances to play.

I dont know if is a matter of want...I think any country would like to host a wch....
but is much more like in which country FIVB gains more money..that is what they are interested in...and in Japan they have a very good deal with local tv.

the asian games started in 1951 then in 1954 it was decided that it must be hekd every 4 years which is why there are no asian games in odd numbers

I checked this article and using translator I don't think that it's about final roster. It's about injury by 14-year-old OH Moksri Chatchu-On, but it seems that injury is minor and she should be ready for WCH 
but this 12 must take part in WCH 
with maybe 2 extra players who can be there or not

Yeah I know..its jsut that says that she should be back with the team to play the WCH, the team that played the AVC Cup..that is why I assumed they will play the WCH with the AVC Cup roster....
