Spain SFV 2009/2010

  • Guys, if this is the same Ana Paula I'm thinking, I remember her. She was a huge promise in Brazil when she was about 18, 19 years old. She was considered the main spiker in junior NT around 2000, 2001, the same generation that produced Paula Pequeno, Sassá, Sheila and Jaqueline. She was cut before World Championship in 2001 and after then, played in a couple of medium teams, then moving abroad.

I really liked her back at that time, but we could see she missed techical fundamentals. She also seemed to lose concentrarion too easy during the games. It was a pity, because she had a great potential. I don't follow Spanish League, so I can't tell how is her level right now, but I don't think she should play as receiver. Wish her the best, though.

  • You forgot Netherlands, Serbia and Dominican Republic
    Edit: and Croatia....

I don't know if she is the same but she is playing now as opposite.

  • 1st Round 17/10

CAV Murcia 2005 - Cala de Finestrat
Xacobeo 2010 Ribeira Sacra - Oxidoc Palma
Haro Rioja Voley - Jamper Aguere
Ciudad Las Palmas G.C. Cantur - IBSA CV La Caja de Canarias
tubillete.com Tenerife - Universidad de Burgos
Traysesa Santa Cruz - Valeriano Alles Menorca Volei (on Popular tv, at 19:30 http://www.populartv.net/index.php/PopularTV/directo)

I don't know who choose the match which is gonna be on TV but this Santa Cruz-Menorca is not interesting. Santa Cruz has the worst team so far from SFV1 (I think there are some teams from SFV2 like Miranda with Patricia Aranda, Esther Lopez, Leyla Chihuan, etc... which are strongers). They have a lot of unexperienced players... Probably very easy 0-3 for Menorca

Where I can find statistics for this matches? Is there special page for statistics?

  • @Elchicha

Thanks for your information! I would love to see the matches of Murcia online, because of Ingrid Visser. I hope you told us when there's a match of Murcia online?
    Thanks a lot!

  • In points 0-10 how strong is this Team?

  • Hmm.. where I can find positions of this players? I see on official page but I can't find links to official clubs.

  • Traysesa Santa Cruz = CV Cuesta Piedra - this is the same club? In calendar I don't see this club.

  • Uuaah ugly match  Menorca sometimes played on the same level as Traysesa, otherwise it would have been as easy as in 2nd set all the time. Janine Sandell is a really good player, especially because she plays with brains and not only with force. Ana Paula confirmed my comment of last week. She is tall and powerful but not a good VOLLEYBALL PLAYER.

  • Looks like Haro Rioja vs Jamper Aguere or Tenerife vs Burgos would have been much more interesting on TV
Scores of Haro Rioja are quite interesting, looks like they had no chance at all in first two sets and turned the match around with all force. Unusual to see Regina Burchardt being better in reception than in attack...

  • Queen Nzenwa from Haro Rioja really Middle Blocker? She receives total 12.

I see Queen :D here You are http://www.rfevb.com/sfv/prens…/jornada1/har-ague2_b.jpg

Renata de Jesus had a hard job in this match - 50/90 balls to receives and only 34% perfection ...

Renata de Jesus is a middle blocker who Aguere's coach develop last season in an OH. She has a beautiful 59% in attack (23 points and one block)
