do you mean to ask what is her strong point?
Yes! But my question is OK now, because recently she playes from start and playing very well.
She finally got a chace to play in Toray! Today she did verywell!!!

shes a great player with all the skills to play but in college she was very inconsistent. glad to hear shes doing well. does she still jump serve? one of her weapons in the US.
Chaine Staelens twisted her ankle last sunday. But looks like is nothing to bad. Tomorrow she will try to make movements agian and they will see how it is.
I hope she recovers soon!!:)

Her serve isn't jump serve! How do it say... a little bit jump! like tip jump serve!?
I have been on holiday, so forgive me for jumping in on this debate.
Cynthia has taken some time to settle in at Toray, and it has been a frustrating time, not least because of the very close games lost in recent weeks.
After last week's victories I can absolutely assure any fans out there, that "Cindy", is up to full fitness, and will now be an important part of the team, in the run in for the last few weeks of the main season.
She was brilliant last week, .......I have noticed her weight loss: perhaps, not a bad thing.
thats great to hear, and the weight loss thing.. she was getting a little heavy after college life.

Jump Float, naa?
Btw, in case you know, Barboza is playing as a passing opposite now, right?

Her position is changed!!

Position Switch – Since my last update I’ve moved from OH (left side) to OPP (right side) and it has been a sensational switch. I think it’s the perfect spot for me on this team. If you aren’t a volleyball player and this part sounds like nonsense, I apologize, I’ll keep in short. In our system, our L2 and out OPP are the primary passers, so its me and Saori Kimura in the passing lanes. I get to hit a ton of backrow attacks which is awesome because of my chronic overrunning sets problem… its hard to overrun a set that you have to broad jump to get to. I get to set the offense whenever our setter digs and they encourage me to mix things up so I get to run some plays with our lefts out of the backrow. Right back defense is also super fun because our setter is 4’10’’ and everyone wants to hit over her so I get to play a ton of defense, which is my favorite. Did I mention that I get to hit quicks in transition after we run combo plays? It’s super fun, and I love the position switch.
Thanks for the USA forum link.
You may be interested in Cynthia's own blog, detailing her time in Japan. A great insight, and well delivered. I am liking this girl more and more!
She had another very successful weekend resulting in two victories.
