    Fernanda Garay was one of the highlights of the Brazilian League .. In my opinion this player should be in the selection. I'm sure she will be featured in Japan.

    As I know, Cho will only play in NEC for the Summer League.

  • Foulke Akinradewo is confirmed as of October 22nd on the V-League website with Toyota Auto Body Queenseis.


    Hitachi and Hitachi Sawa were two different teams in the V-League. Here is a picture from 2000.

    Hitachi Sawa Rivale is the one that is continuing. Hitachi Bellfiyu was based in Kodaira in the Tokyo, while Sawa is based in the city of Hitachinaka in Ibaraki prefecture north east of Tokyo. Bellfiyu was put out of business after the 2001 V-League season.


    After April of this year, the team dropped Sawa from its name as is called Hitachi Rivale.
