Yes, they've proven to be quite troublesome for Unilever, but I would choose them over Osasco and VF any day. So I hope Uni can finish regular season on first position. I don't want any surprise semifinal pairs, like Unilever vs Sollys

uhm, not really, the way things are going SESI will probable end quakification fase as 5th team ranked, so they will probably face Minas in quarters....maybe Unilever will face them in Semifinals....but well any adversaries in semifinals will be hard.
But of course a lot of things can still change...Unilever, Osasco and Volei Futuro probably will fight till the end for first three spots. Minas is strong, but I dont know if in the definitive moment if they will be ahead this three.
So I honestly prefer to get SESI then Osasco or Volei Futuro in semifinals!!! hehehehe

Agree!
In other hand a semifinal between Osasco and Volei Futuro would be quite interesting...this time with no accidents and fair fight of course!
Starting in 10 minutes..

Joana in Brazil
from the Usiminas' example, i learnt that Cubans in Brazil playing big games...what happened to Carrillo, who joint the team before the league started, not turning up yet so far.
congrats my favorite Beauty Suelle, Banana Boat stun strong Usiminas in a suprise...
unfortunately, Dani and Sassa's team did not show much shining time against giant teams, this is the main reason for the team staying in the middle of the ranks. its good to see elisangela is still playing with good condition.

Yes Herrera and Ramirez are doing quite great in the league.
Carrillo was supposed to play for BMG São/Bernardo this season...but FIVB just gave licence to Carrillo play aboard in March, that would be to late for our league, so São Bernardo instead signed with american Dani Scott, and Carrillo wont play this season at all.
Dispite that, she stayed in São Bernardo and training with the team to keep her shape, her agents said they have an agreement already with the club, so most likely next season she will be ready to play our league since FIVB licence will be already on.
SESI is a good team, they have a good system of game, and make some good matches against Unilever and Volei Futuro (they beat Unilever 3x0 in first match of the league, and loose 3x2 against them in the coming back game...and they won Volei Futuro 3x2), the problem is that the team have some instability sometimes, so they can make great game, and jsut after it make a terible game and lost for teams no one would say they would loose, like against São Caetano, and there is why they are a bit behind in standings so far. But I believe the team will play better this second fase...so, maybe they will keep in 5th in standings, but I think they will win the matches they suppose to.
In 20 minutes, Sportv will broadcast the match between Pinheiros and Praia Clube for the third round of return fase.
18:30h (21:30 CET) - Pinheiros x Praia Clube - Sportv
