    The main problem is Cuban Federation wants 6000€ for her transfer... which is a huge amount for a player in SFV. She wants spanish fed to help her but I don't know if they are able to... because Regla has cuban citizenship. It's different in Magaly's case, because she has also spanish citizenship and she played with spain NT in 2001-02. :S I think FIVB should help her, RFEVB has nothing to do...
