Brazilian League 2016/2017

Quoted from "rbdfabio" I love Fabi, but she could give the chance for someone else. She already has played so much. I would say the same about Jucy, but she has been playing so awesome...... This type of mentality makes absolutely zero sense though? It's not like she's taking work away from other people. This is her job, what makes her money. She's still fit and healthy enough to play, not to mention willing to, so why should she quit? Not to mention she's still the best libero we have. Juciely...

Turkish League 2016-2017

17 aces for Arkas. Sanchez was super overloaded today though, their second OH and middles barely contribute with anything in attack. That stream for the other semifinal is unwatchable, but I hope Halkbank makes it!

Brazilian League 2016/2017

Quoted from "akitoakie" I doubt this will happen. Hoping Mayhara to step up to the plate. Voloch is saying Mayhara is leaving as well, so who knows. I'm not really buying this story of Carol leaving Rio. Why would she? Any other team in Brazil would be a downgrade.

2017 - 2018 transfer rumours

Quoted from "TheDiplomat" http://www.worldofvolley.com/News/Latest…iam-arjona.html William Arjona to Sesi!? I would be absolutely shocked if this transpired. Why would William leave Sada? They've proved they are the best team in the world, and will compete again next year for the World Club Championship. I assume Leal, Simon, Isac and Evandro will all be back next year too, so why the hell would William leave? Makes no sense. lmao that's 100% not happening. Another Voloch rumor that was debunke...

Brazil - Superliga 2016/2017

Sesc-RJ is the champion of Superliga B after beating Jaó/Universo by 3-0 (25/15, 25/20, 25/23), thus earning the spot for Superliga next season. This is the first time the state of Rio de Janeiro has a team in the elite division since RJX/RJ Vôlei closed doors in 2013/2014.

Brazil - Superliga 2016/2017

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" I have to say this playoffs postseason is boring. Yep. Sada is gonna win it all, so who cares at this point. By the way, we'll have two matches today: In approximately 15 minutes, Sesc-RJ and Clube Jaó/Universo will face off in the League B final. The game can be watched in this link. Sesc-RJ is the Giovane Gávio-led team that's supposed to win and hire quite a few familiar faces for the main league next season. Jaó/Universo is the underdog with a bunch of young...

Poland - PlusLiga 2016/17

Ehh, I'm not a big fan of this format as well, but it makes sense given how many teams played the league this year. I still think at least the BO3 format would've been doable though, most matchups would've ended in 2 matches for the favorites anyway...

Yeah, it makes sense. i guess they just want the challenge of playing against the olympic champions, heh. I wouldn't be sad if they'd invited either France or Italy too.

USA NT 2017

Awesome! imo USA has been the biggest threat to Brazil for quite some time now and the matches are always good. They could've easily won gold in Rio had they not choked against Italy. Only two days this year though? I remember 2015 had 4 games played. By the way... "The U.S. Men were the only team to beat Brazil at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro." Wrong, Italy did too. But we all know how that turned out...
