European Championship 2017 Azerbaijan&Georgia

Too bad Ukraine couldn't keep up the level of the first three sets.. they totally collapsed, especially in the tie break. I enjoyed the game as long as the two teams were battling, pity for Ukraine!

European Championship 2017 Azerbaijan&Georgia

Ukraine is playing really good.. reliable attacks from Kodola, Chernuchka and Trushkina, while Bulgaria is struggling too much in reception and can't get over Ukraine's defense!

Men's European Championship 2017

I'm happy for Serbia, congratulations for their bronze medal. Petric in the end had some nice spikes, I'm glad especially for him as I really like him as a player. Congrats also to Belgium, they are growing a lot as a team, they showed good things in this tournament. Van de Voorde is such a strong MB!

Women's World Grand Prix 2017

Congratulations to Serbia, they deserved the match. Boskovic has been superb in thew last two games, unfortunately her teammates had too many ups and downs. It is also my impression that Serbia could beat anyone if they just stay more focus and do less mistakes. They are surely going to work on that, let's see at the ECH what they'll do. One question: are the statistics on the FIVB site reguarding the all tournament (preliminary phase and final six), or just the first part?

Quoted from "Matthias" Malinov's organisation of attacks is so much fun to watch! Of course Egonu is the go-to hitter when it counts but other than that she distributes so well! I agree, she's setting well, fasto and involving all her players. The only thing I saw is that she has some black outs and starts to become unprecise or to do crazy sets.. I hope today won't happen though

Italy reduced the number of mistakes and is playing better then the last weekend. Sylla is a good option in attack, besides Egonu and is also doing well in reception for now. I'm happy Egonu is also concentrating on her defensive duties, to me she improved quite a lot...

Women's World Grand Prix 2017

I didn't like Zivkovic at all, she was so predictable today. She was setting every ball to Mihajlovic, and that worked until suddenly Brankica didn't go anymore and was blocked and made several mistakes. Then it was all about Bjelica and it didn't pay off much either. They have two great Mbs and I think the game sholud have been more various.. you can rely on your strongest spiker, but not only on him!
