Turkey- VVSL-Vestel Venus Women's League 2017/2018

Nikolova is great ( today she got blocked way too much, hopefully she will improve and because that can`t be happening). I just think Joyce is a bit stronger and because she played for Bursa the past 2 seasons and she was the regular season best score both seasons, it would be just a advantage to have her still there, as she knows this team very well. Kosheleva had a great game, not only in attack but she received mostly balls, I think Rabadizieva only received a few balls. Let`s see but if she ...

Turkey- VVSL-Vestel Venus Women's League 2017/2018

Boskovic with 17 points - 10/13 77% - 4 aces and 3 blocks Baladin did a good job also 14 points 12/20 60% - and 2 blocks. Bursa is a good team, they just had too many service errs in the first set. I like Nikolova but I wish Joyce had stayed. ( I think it was Joyce`s to leave, she`s either retiring or taking this season off).

Brazilian League 2017/2018

When I checked the score of Minas vs Sao Caetano, I could not believe, I was thinking something was wrong I can`t believe they lost for Sao Caetano after destroying Praia Clube and almost beating Sesc-RJ. Barueri vs Osasco was a close game, and when Kasia and Jaque starts playing they will be even stronger. I`m surprised that Bauru lost for Pinheiros as well, I want to see the score sheet to find out what happened. Well, I guess this season will be even better than what I expected.

Brazilian League 2017/2018

Quoted from "Sidney" Just a small correction: the league already started last Sunday with Fluminense 3x0 Brasília. Thaisinha was the best scorer with 27 points and was named the MVP. Yes, you are right. My bad sorry. I really like Thaisinha, \I can`t even imagine if she was at least 1.80cm.

Brazilian League 2017/2018

The League starts today, and I think there`s no doubt this is the most balanced season ever. Sesc-RJ (former Rexona) is still a favorite but we can`t say they are heavy favorite, as Osasco, Praia Clube and Minas are just as strong. And then we have Hinonde Barueri emerging and already showing they can fight for something especially now with Jaque, Kasia and hopefully Thaiza. And also Bauru that will be fighting to finish among the TOP 4. 6 really strong teams. Fluminense is stronger than last se...

Season opener Vakfbank vs Halkbank. http://www.trt.net.tr/anasayfa/canli.aspx?y=tv&k=trtspor Where are the fans? the arena is nearly empty, and people likes to criticize FIVB for so many things... Clubs should do better than this. Why would people want a longer club season and get ride of WG/WL? just so we can watch more game in a empty arena !!!! beside we can`t even watch every game as they are not even streamed.

2018 FIVB World Championship - Japan

Quoted from "JoanaBG" But the 2nd round pool composition is as follows: 1st A 2nd A 1st B 2nd B 3rd C 4th C 3rd D 4th D And vice versa. It means playing 6 more matches against the opponents you haven't met in the first round. And it's too much. Oh ok, they won`t do like in 2014 having only Pool A crossing with D and B with C. This formula SUCKS... FIVB has no clue in how to make a tournament exciting. If the World Cup had this same formula it would not be as popular as it is for sure, FIVB shou...

2018 FIVB World Championship - Japan

Quoted from "Kk15" Wait, in the second round there will be two pools of eight teams? Not 4 pools of 4? So, the first 3 for each pool will pass? I think it is the same formula from 2014. In the 2nd round with 2 pools of 8, each team will only play 4 games, they will only play against the 4 teams they did not face in the first round. In 2014 they had BRA,SRB,BUL,TUR,RUS,USA,NED,KAZ in the same group in the 2nd round. But for example Brazil only played against RUS,USA,NED and KAZ. And they carry p...

Poland - Liga Siatkówki Kobiet 2017/18

The level of this game was not the best, but still was much better than what we saw in Italy this weekend expect for 2 games, in Italy there were a lot of 3-0 with 25/12 - 25/14 scores. Maja Savic was awesome - 19 points - 9/15 60% and 10 blocks
