Chinese NT 2017

I dislike so much this current Chinese team. The zhu dependence is too much for such a historic program . The last time I saw china to play as team , was back on 2008. Since then , they have always relied in one player and that sucks .

USA NT 2017

You guys ! I was in Anaheim this weekend when I bumped into Larson ,and had the opportunity to speak with Her for almost 3-4 minutes while she was on her way to the arena for the match last Sunday! I have to stay I got a little nervous but her kindness and humbleness really made a big impression on me . I was able to watch the game ( in person) and all USA girls looked so fit and in a very good shape. Drews is a beauty and looks very tall! She moves really fast all over the court and her approac...

Friendly NT Matches

Quoted from "saishuu" Quoted from "ossubtus" Quoted from "Sidney" USA vs Brazil: August 27th and August 29th in Anaheim. Larson, Akinradewo, Adams, Robison and Hill will be back. and glass? She retired, didn't she? from what Ive heard she hasn't fully retired...... She is expecting now, and also expecting to rejoin USA NT in the near future... the thing is with rising stars like Hancock , Carlini , will be quite hard for her to show coach Kiraly she;s still at the same level shown at WCHP 2014....

Italian NT 2017

Quoted from "ossubtus" what are they training for? i thought diouf had said she would never play for NT again? after she was cut from olympics? i wonder if they have given up on training egonu as a passing OH. i think they should continue to try... if brayelin martinez at 200 cm can do, so can egonu. and if diouf improves her mobility and ball-handling, ... can you imagine an ITA team with such powerful hitters that can also play defense? they'd be unstoppable. are gennari, guerra and tirozzi c...

Women's World Grand Prix 2017

Quoted from "ST2008" Don't forget the Japanese NT won the Olympic gold medal by beating the Soviet (tall players) in 1976. I agree that it won't be easy for the "shorter" players team to win gold medals. But it's possible. I think the strategy is they need to be very dynamic and win the 3 sets strait as fast as possible. Because shorter players need to jump higher and they get tired much faster. So they need to win the game before they get tired. You've just said it ,,, it was back in 1976! Plu...

Quoted from "SHAME" Quoted from "voleysinfrontera" What if, what of.... truth is he took the USA to win a major fivb tourment for the first time ... Quoted from "SHAME" Quoted from "USAvolleyfan" I don't understand why Karch never changes players when things don't go well.. All he does is his double sub, and serving sub.. If Murphy is bad, Carli doesn't have to come off too, if the double sub didn't work because of the OPP, the second setter can be tried with the rest of the team.. I don't get ...

Quoted from "rbdfabio" Should we call this Brazil`s B team? once only Natalia and Adenizia were part of the Olympic Squad? And Adenenizia was always a backup anyways. So now this a B BRA team for you?...lol ,, but you keep insisting this USA team playing this GP is its main squad??? ....per your own words (or writing) BRA is missing Lins , Juciley ( almost 40 I think) , Fe Garay and all of them should be back to the their NT. So what about Hill< Robinson, Foluke, Adams coming back as well for t...

Quoted from "joanamss" I guess when someone saying B team it is cause your are playing with your back up team...and that is USA team looks right now..maily, only two starters, the rest will be at best back up team, so it is kind of a B Team.... if there was no one from the 14 at all then it would be like a C team? But the same goes for Brazil, I believe, Brazil is also not complete, I expect Natália, Tandara to be the starters....maybe Carol....not the rest... I dont believe everyone that is ou...

Quoted from "rbdfabio" Quoted from "voleysinfrontera" Quoted from "rbdfabio" The libero from last squad is RETIRED - Which means this new libero will be the main libero for this squad The setters are retired Glass and Tompson - Which means Lody and Hancock/Carlini will be the main setters for this squad The OPP Lowe is retired - I don`t think Faucett will come back ( at least she should not) MB - Ditzen is retired. Looking at the 2018 World Championship, as of right now this would be USA roster...

Women's World Grand Prix 2017

Quoted from "Frankrussell" If Kingdon is a little bit taller like Egonu and Bskovic, she will be the force of team USA,..just give Robnson the libero position and the USA wll boom... Actually the idea of moving/bringing Robinson to the libero position doesn't that that bad for the USA. The thing is that Kingdom isn't that tall ( 1.83 cm= 6 ft.) , so I think Karch will relay on Hill going forward ( Wold Cup)

Women's World Grand Prix 2017

Quoted from "Emil" Quoted from "rbdfabio" Today, against a new young Turkish Team she played well.. But last week against strong teams, she played poorly. USA would always be leading and whenever she came in they lost the lead. Against Italy USA had 16-10, Hancock came in and Italy tied the game at 20-20. And she scored only 2 aces in 3 games. Just go to volleytalk and read what people has been saying about her....it is not just me saying. Quoted from "Emil" Monza must be so happy with Hancock'...

Quoted from "Emil" American time-outs are so democratic, not only Kirarly speaks out but everyone does. Girls are given a chance to spill out what think and It's really efficient. I see Guidetti being super furious And he has the right reason, Turks playing so bad. Lol... that's so true
