Italy – Superlega 2017/2018

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" Has anyone saw Atanasijevic's instagram stories? That was really cute from Shaw cracking a nut?!? for Russell. Did Aaron hurt his hand? I can only imagine that being the reason James is doing that for him. Still a cute couple. Oh it expired but someone uploaded the cuteness overload. https://www.instagram.com/p/BcfTDthllsx/

I really hate the ads of sportube. C'mon I already paid. It makes it a chore to switch streams. Trento seems in trouble. Can't believe after a good victory over Modena and here they are tonight.

Italy – Superlega 2017/2018

Quoted from "SHAME" Quoted from "scarpetta" Quoted from "SHAME" Juantorena keeps it going. IG pic where he stands beside his trophies and says "there is always room for another one", referred to Club world championship. And he replayed someone's comment saying he has the garage full of them. I starts finding this so funny. Lol the world doesn't only turn around Perugia and its players. I think his instagram post has nothing about Atanasijevic. He is the four-time winner of this tournament, 3 ti...

Italy – Superlega 2017/2018

Zaytsev is having a good game tonight but Russell looks like he's in a bad form. I think Bernardi may have pushed the panic button too early by inserting Berger at 3-0 lead by Latina. That seems like a lead that could be overtaken by Perugia if they played better. Atanasinevic felt very scouted by Latina and so his production is not as good. Latina seems more dynamic with Ishikawa's return but I feel maybe Shoji is having some impact in more ways than one.

First set: Latina 39-39 Perugia Ended 39-41 for Perugia. I was actually wishing it go all the way to 40s for both of the team.

Russia - Superliga 2017/18

So Odintsovo lost all the 4 "big matches" against the big teams in the league for the first round. After a very strong start... they faltered. I wonder if the other weaker teams could see through their game. Pankova plays really well when she's not under pressure but the moment the pass is not good... she becomes very predictable. Her reverse setting really... I feel like that needs work the most. Everyone can tell where she's going. Anyway... I am particularly impressed with Urarlochka's Romano...

Too much ego war between the two but Juantorena did win more but that shouldn't enable anyone to be this stupid. I hope Perugia survives this ego crisis. They only started winning a trophy. I am quite glad Zaytsev's performance is not really good or we might see him battle it out for the worst team player in the world.

CEV Champions League 2018

I am hoping Turkey doesn't take the hosting rights for the final four. They are still not good enough to play at the top level. Seems unfair for CEV if they ever do so. I feel one of the russian clubs should take that. They would be far more deserving than anyone else if we are considering the strength of their league as a whole.

CEV Champions League 2018

Zaytsev was only hitting successfully from guess what?!? the pipe. Berger on ther hand had better service than Russell tonight. I also feel that Russell got deflated after his multiple encounters with Sokolov at the net. If he's at his optimum level... I think Perugia could beat them in 4 sets. Atanasijevic was on fire though. I think the block is easier on his side helped. At that point.... no one could stop him. Triple blocking might've have helped since he relies on his cross attacks a lot bu...

I think Sokolov's built is really something. He's like a wall lol .There were many points of the game where he was all alone in the block and still managed to shut down the one hitting at the left side or cause an error. Perugia needs to study the way he blocks so they could be better for the return round at Civitanova in my opinion.

I feel the key for Perugia. They went defensive mode and never let anyone attack in position 4 but Atanasijevic at 2. The percentage was too low because Sokolov got everyone's number. The serve managed to balance it out somewhere after set 3 and went to Perugia's favor at the worst possible time for Lube at the tie break.

Quoted from "scarpetta" Ok ,I look at the statistics and total 6 times . Juantorena only took 25 set in 5 set match,Only 25(!) compared to 43 of Atanasijevic He's receiving tougher serves than Juantorena and Sander because he's receiving more area. That's not easy.
