Women's Best Scorer in one Match - Senior

Quoted from "serdar" Why do two swiss players play as starter in Volero although there are better alternatives in their roster? Is there any rule to necessitate that? Yes that's the rule: two local players have to play. I'm not 100% sure about the details, but i think it could also be fulfilled by foreign players who have spent enough time as young players in a swiss club. I think i've read somewhere that Croatian OH Karla Klaric (former Volero player) counts therefore as a local now for KULAch...

Women's Best Scorer in one Match - Senior

35 points - Danielle Harbin (USA) - Swiss League 2017/18 - TS Volley Düdingen vs. Volero Zürich http://swi-wcm.dataproject-stats.com/Adm…Y=DP!kk&ID=2328 Seems to be the highest Swiss League score for this season so far; I checked the available match stats with the above link (inserting URL endings from 2288 to 2332). A bit inconvenient to do, but better than nothing. Glad to find some numbers eventually (better late than never).

CEV Champions League 2018

Quoted from "deian1302" Good Job Maritsa. I'm vey happy because you deserve this moment. Very good game by all our players especially from Kitipova, Nasya Dimitrova and of course Kremena Kamenova. In comparison with other clubs, they also do a good job on twitter (and deserve more follower), IMO.

Germany - VBL 1. Bundesliga 2017/2018

Come on Suhl, announce your new player. The Bundesliga-site has her already listed. VERY nice addition to the "Wolfpack", if she reaches her former level from playing NCAA volleyball. One of my favourite players.

CEV Champions League 2018

Looking forward to the last match of the round on Wednesday. I hope Salo can show a nice home performance . Judging from the 1st match stats, Noora Kosonen (who played well in the NT this summer) had a lot to do in reception and the attack relied more on the two youngsters Laak and Heikkiniemi.

Looks like good news from the (above mentioned) Romanian League: http://frv-web.dataproject.com/Competiti…px?ID=10&PID=15 Last season this site only showed the "scoresheet" but now apparently also the match stats. Would be really nice.

Italy - Serie A1 2017/18

Quoted from "hakin12" Well, Isabelles older sister, Anna Haak (born 1996) is also a highly rated prospect. She is playing for a team in the US college system, NCAA and she has achieved pretty decent numbers so far during her around two year old long campain. Anna is quite a bit shorter, around 180 cm, and plays as an outside hitter. Apart from that there is many other good players now; Rebecka Lazic (Cannet), Alexandra Lazic (Volero Zurich) and the middle blocker Aida Rejzovic (former Bundeslig...

Germany - VBL 1. Bundesliga 2017/2018

Quoted from "Matthias" Bad news for Aachen: a few days before the start of the season, they seem to have two injured setters There are no official news from the club, but reading fan comments and newspaper articles about a pre-season tournament where they participated last weekend, Lindsay Dowd is currently recovering from an injury and not yet ready to play, and Britt Bongaerts suffered a knee injury in the last match of the tournament, which Aachen then forfeited after the injury I hope it's ...

IMO, Slovenia beating Croatia is no big surprise. It was overdue. Better get used to it, as i think Slovenia's future looks brighter than Croatia's.
