Brazilian League 2017/2018

That sucks, last year SporTv showed both semifinals plus the final, hopefully they change their mind and decide to broadcast the semis again. Or at least someone will stream online somehow. They did stream the quaterfinal Minas vs Fluminense. Skowronska made her debut in the loss against Osasco, I don`t think she played a whole lot, but scored 6 points. Tuesday Barueri plays Osasco again valid for the start of the 2nd round and Sportv will broadcast, hopefully she plays and we can watch her.

Men's Club World Championship 2017

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" As if people are lining up to watch a weak continental tournament such as the South American Club Championship. Nobody... just like u said, Brazilian League is not good because only Cruzeiro wins...I guess we can say same thing about CL cuz only Kazan wins. Well, Kazan is your 2018 CL winner, either u like it or not. Enjoy .

I`m sorry but I won`t even be watching Men`s Champions League...there`s no reason to do it when you know already who`s winning.

Men's Club World Championship 2017

WTF. Lisinac was robbed, he was clearly the best MB overall. Simon did not deserve this one.... and Leal did not deserve either, it should have been Juantorena.

Men's Club World Championship 2017

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" Al-Rayyan was quite strong back in 2014. (Kaziyski,Sanchez,Robertlandy, Raphael) and how were they able to still perform well in Brazil with the time zone difference?? Because Kazan was not able too do it right?? But if that is what you think... I respect that. Ok now...I`m done.

Men's Club World Championship 2017

U r missing the point. U brought it up the time zone thing, and that is the troll .. In this case we can say Zenit and Lube only beat Cruzeiro this time because of the time zone thing right?? I guess next WCH they should play in Asia, that`s they only way he will find out who is truly the best. I just wonder how Belgorie won that WCH in Brazil and Cruzeiro finished in 4th that year ?/ Anyways I`m done with this topic. Enjoy your day.

Men's Club World Championship 2017

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" Quoted from "Mamdani" What makes Italian league the best one is the fact that even the weakest teams like Milano can have players like Todor Skrimov or Gordon Perrin in the Starting 7. Anyway, I consider the top Brazilian teams and the Italian ones more or less at the same level, IMHO Exactly. If there's one thing holding back Sada Cruzeiro from becoming stronger. It is the player rankings. I won't deny that. But if they abolished that.. What will happen to the ...

Men's Club World Championship 2017

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" Would Taubate, SESI and Rio SESC survive in the european championship? With their terrible service pressure they are putting on Sada Cruzeiro. I have big doubts with that. Which teams does the Italians and Russians must beat in order to reach the finals?? Polish, Germans, Turkish, and all the other small teams for the smaller countries. Do you really think the Brazilians would loose for them ??? And these BRA teams you mentioned can certainly win or loose agains...

Men's Club World Championship 2017

Quoted from "Kk15" Quoted from "Sidney" Sada won three times including two against Zenit Kazan in the past years. But hey, let's find all the possible excuses to that...poor Zenit, poor guys who have to travel all the way to Brazil... I agree!! Ok, they may have had some advantaged, but it isn't an occasional lucky victory we're speaking about... Still, Zenit was definitely close and now imho is the best team, no matter how tonight the final will end. About the best league, I don't think we can...

Men's Club World Championship 2017

Quoted from "Mamdani" Anyone who speaks portuguese that can explain to us why Leal was so angry during the last time out and had a fight with the libero? I watched the video but I can`t really understand what they are saying, I think I hear Leal saying " you need to respect me" but again I`m not sure if that what`s saying, but in the end I can understand exactly what he`s saying and Leal says " You are doing nothing" I think Sergio said something to Leal about the way he was playing, and Leal g...

Japan - V.Premier League 2017-2018

We know who it the best team, but we also know is the 2nd best ( JT ). The battle for the final spots in the final 6 will be awesome. It is hard to predict anything and it could come down to the final games, I think Ritache is the only one who might have no chances at this points. I like Kitsui but seams like JT plays better without her. I still hope she recovers and gets back, I like Yuka Meguro. Toyota got so close....I was thinking they were actually do it, but oh well....once the final 6 sta...

2018 FIVB World Championship - Japan

Quoted from "Matthias" Quoted from "rbdfabio" If you loose a quaterfinal game you are done with the season, same thing when you loose a semi-final series you are done, there`s no 3rd place match in any volleyball league (at least as far as I know) I remember Polish league last season (or maybe the year before, not sure) had classfication matches for every rank, even for 11th Oh ok yeah...and their format is really stupid. There`s no quaterfinal...only semi-finals and then all these worthless 5t...

2018 FIVB World Championship - Japan

Quoted from "Sisko95" Quoted from "sitenoise" Where I come up short from jumping on the whine about everything attitude bandwagon here is, for example, lets say in the second round we come to a match where it doesn't matter if China wins or loses because they are advancing anyway. So Liu Xiaotong plays instead of Zhu Ting. I'm happy about that. To assert that it doesn't matter to Liu Xiaotung if she wins or loses the game is pathetic (not that you are saying that, @brahmin). Or that it doesn't ...

2018 FIVB World Championship - Japan

Quoted from "sitenoise" Quoted from "brahmin" FIVB changed the seeding to only host +top 7 teams. Last two tournaments it was host + top 11. I think that the extra row gave the tournament a little more randomness. Maybe I misunderstand you--which is likely--but how is seeding the third row through random draw less random than seeding it 1-11? Or are you saying the randomness of seeding it randomly makes it less interesting/important? When the pools were posted here as 1-11 people whined about t...

2018 FIVB World Championship - Japan

Quoted from "brahmin" This is not a conspiracy on the pools. The FIVB changed the seeding to only host +top 7 teams. Last two tournaments it was host + top 11. I think that the extra row gave the tournament a little more randomness. The tournament has always had the teams carry their results from the first round with the teams that advanced. With only 3 teams advancing from the second round, you have to win matches against the other pool from the first round. Japan in 2010 as hosts lost their f...

Poland - Liga Siatkówki Kobiet 2017/18

Gluszak has no clue what he`s doing. Belcik is way past her prime, she makes a lot of setting errs, Mirkovic is not the best setter out there but she certainly can not do worse than Belcik and he should have been starting Mirkovic every game for her to develop a good connection with everyone. And Busa was playing better than Medrzyk, but he replaces Busa with Smarzek and she can`t receive. And on the top of that you have Zaroslinska not having a good day, he could simply have replaced her with S...
