Turkey- VVSL-Vestel Venus Women's League 2017/2018

Quoted from "Canter" Quoted from "beri" @Canter Ikr once we couldnt find them now it depends on who will show the best performance before next olympics. There is also still Beyza and even Janset might shock us soon. Janset is very athletic despite not being 2m she also can jump much higher then most players with similar height like Asli or Beyza. I hope she can show us good perf next half of season. opps you're right i forgot Beyza interestingly i also liked Janset..she is an atlethic player an...

Janset is very athletic despite not being 2m she also can jump much higher then most players with similar height like Asli or Beyza. I hope she can show us good perf next half of season. Edit: @SHAME I was about to comment that but didnt want to argue any more. Middles like Zehra obv cant show a good perf on a match like t...

Quoted from "Canter" i still dont understand why Kübra is a slider! she is slow and doenst have a great approac for a slide attacker..she had shone with her attacks from zone 3 not from zone 2/slide attacks when she was younger.. moreover, having two very tall and slow MBs at the same time couldnt be good against teams like japan etc..i hope Zehra is/could be faster than Kübra I agree, think it is a personal preference. (I remember her saying in one interview she really like slides) but her coa...

Oh ok must be language barrier :@leo I can't like Kübra, many players know how to use her block if she is not 100% ready for it and she is very slow. Same for her approach also she is very goofy and she barely jumps. Obv she is still super good and even one of the best but I can/hope to see Zehra pass her easily in all aspects. She still needs much more work though ofcourse. Imagine NT with Zehra and Kubra 2m MBs So intimidating for the opponents.

Quoted from "leo2017" The final stats of vakifbank's young mb is not good. No block points and one point from 6 spikes! Kubra gets 2 points from 2 spikes and one block points! However, for what ever reason her future will be good in vakifbank!! Sarcasm? So because she played one bad match she doesnt have a bright future anymore Yes she didnt play the best match offensively and didnt made tons of block points but this is why I dont like people judging just by stats. She did touch/soften the bloc...

GS choked. What a power spike from Zehra btw at 24-24 I feel like she will be our main MB one day.

Vakifs reception and passing was problematic, neither Naz or Sloetjes take care of this so I find it really interesting how you can blame them for anything really

Zehra seems to already be a better blocker then Kübra, she's back in now

Russian NT 2017

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" Pankov seems gentler with her daughter. Criticism is very important in setters. Ofcourse he may try to say it after the game but I believe coaches would rather say it while they are in the game. I would prefer if he works with his son Pavel like Bernandiho with Bruno. Males usually are less sensitive with criticism in my opinion. I'm not trying to be a sexist but it's a general observation of mine. Women can be too sensitive. This is probably why I like Brazilia...

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" What a choke. It wasn't so much of a choke, rather an epic battle and great comeback imo every single set except 4 could have gone both ways and same about the match. Hande did a great job in the end bringing for GS some unexpected fresh energy to the court!
