Brazilian League 2017/2018

I have a question to ask and answer with everyone about the 7 point ranked players in Brazil.... 1. So who are they? I know Fabiana, Thaisa,Sheilla, Jaque, Tandara, Natalia and Dani Lins are. Should anyone care to add the whole list? 2. Who among them do you consider the players that still feels like a 7-point ranked player? In my opinion Jaque is nowhere close to the same player she once was. Sheilla is a mystery. Fabiana can be inconsistent. Thaisa is still recovering and everyone's getting ol...

...but this diving set from Colaci to Russell was really awesome! https://youtu.be/9RXwnpTPNnY from 2:33. Colaci is not that influential from the previois matches but this gives me hope Perugia can do some miracles of their own when they absolutely need it. I know it's just Sora but they cause some problems on Perugia after the 1st set.

Lanza Vettori I got this bad feeling though that these two might show up in Coppa Italia and steal the semi final from Perugia. The contract with Zaytsev, Potke and Atanasijevic are still up in the air. These could hurt us without resolution for that matter.

Quoted from "saishuu" Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" Quoted from "SHAME" As long as science says she fits into women's standards, She has the right to play volleyball. She's a good player and, IMHO, her real advantage is that she got used to play against men for years: women's volleyball is slower and less physical. She is a good player, so I don't get the point banning trans players: they have to be good volleyball players to make the difference. Being born as men means nothing if they can't...

Quoted from "Rains_of_Castamere" Ravenna is such a nut case of a team. They are the inverted spectrum of Piacenza when it comes to tiebreaks. I am glad to be proven wrong. It is a catastrophe for a team of experienced players to be outplayed by children led by Travica. Quoted from "scarpetta" I think this match gave Stoytchev significant victory over Lube and 'Modena is nothing without Ngapeth ' team. He is starting to show his class. I agree. The defeat from Padova should not be held against h...

What a heavy loss by Monza. Every game is a must-win but they decided to fall asleep against the worst team in the league(now second worst).

Why do some people mistake Kovacevic's celebration as taunting and as some kind of an anger issue? Color me perflexed.

Nice victory from Modena. That also helps Perugia to maintain the top spot by 4 points or so.

Quoted from "scarpetta" Urnaut is so underrated because his nationality is Slovenian. If he was an American, he would regarded so highly. Can we have an IP check?

I wish legavolley spaces the games better. Some great match-ups tonight but how can you even watch them when they are on the same time slot?

Well... seems like a good victory for Mr. Stoytchev. Players may have more confidence in him without the presence of the Ngapeth.

I like Cester. His serve is amazing. He's also hot. Any injury that prevented him from starting over Candellaro? Joining the NT? Candellaro should be banned from the NT after his disastrous world league. I'm not kidding.

I think this is a good thing for Perugia. I hope Modena wins so the top spot can be more secured. I hate Trento or Verona or whatever club Perugia may fight against in the playoffs but Perugia's losing record to Modena is a curse that will probably never end.

Quoted from "SHAME" Quoted from "scarpetta" Quoted from "SHAME" Are you watching the match? Sander is keeping Lube alive in this set. Modena is simply playing amazing. Bruno is setting perfectly. You're too obsessed with Juantorena. Modena is digging him and blocking Sokolov. Argenta is playing very well. You must be kidding right? I'm not talking about Juantorena, there are also Sander and Sokolov. It is very difficult for a OPP to be used as seldomly. I think you're too happy Lube is losing p...

Well Sander is the type of player who plays better when the whole team is playing great. The bics are almost unstoppable when every one is killing the ball. If Christenson cannot establish all his spiking options then Sander at the back will be also useless.

Quoted from "hana" Tandara is unbothered btw https://youtu.be/YGz-3AfBPzA We don't know how she truly feels inside. Sheilla and Fabiana are up for the regulation(or whatever the proposed solution is) and those two have more connections with the national team than the whole forum It is a sensitive topic and it's something they will probably only talk about in close circles while they are still active as a player(Fabiana and Sheilla are retired in national team). Fabiana is still active in club b...
