2017 / 2018 Transfer News

I am thinking the same. In my opinion most of the players had an influence of his leaving and I guess Eda plays the big role. I wouldn‘t be suprised if Abbondanza returns.

Turkey- VVSL-Vestel Venus Women's League 2017/2018

I know that Damla is not ready for VakifBank. She could have improved herself in Eczacibasi a couple of seasons ago but got injured and after that she played in the 2nd league and now returned to the first league by joinig Fenerbahce. Tugba is definitely not ready! She will never start, she must gain experience and therefore she needs to play as a starter at least 1 season up from now, which she is not doing in this season. I just imagined Damla under Guidetti and how she can develop, her defens...

Turkey- VVSL-Vestel Venus Women's League 2017/2018

I can actually see a lot of potential in Damla. I know her attack and reception may not be the best but her defense is very good! I can imagine her being in VakifBank and taking Gözdes role. Of course, she needs a lot of to improve and she needs a coach like Guidetti to improve on a maximum level. Remember: Gözde was also not the best when she came to Vakif, the reason why Gözde is today Gözde is Guidetti, he made an amazing player out of her and this just couple a years ago (after London Olympi...

Maja got a cold. Thats the reason why she didn‘t start, but now playing. I guess Motta wants to take the full 3 points and therefore risking Maja to play.

Turkey- VVSL-Vestel Venus Women's League 2017/2018

Quoted from "beri" Quoted from "Matthias" Her blocking is amazing, but her attacks still are a joke As long as she doesn't improve in attack she won't do for highest international level. I can see what you mean but I still disagree. She killed a lot of balls today especially in beginning of 1st set and even vs Conegliano even inside 3m line. Compared to her old self this is amazing. The thing I like about her is that she seems to keep improving and improving. And her blocking has come to a poin...

CEV Cup 2018

Quoted from "crovolley" Eczacibasi won again 3:1, in 4th set 24:23 for Busto and they lost 24:26. So again very tie game between them. Someone said Ecazcibasi is strongest team in Europe this year. I don't think so. Lol Quoted from "StefanS" Remember, that Eczacibasi already proceeded to the quarters after winning the third set. The only real concern was the win of the opening set by Busto for them, but since fourth set it was only a symbolic match... He will never stop unless Fabris will play ...

CEV Champions League 2018

Quoted from "korsak" GG says that Dinamo has "a new and very good player in attack".Is it about Melisa Vargas? Will she play today? I hooe so. This match is the last chance for Moscow to stay alive in the group. I hope they can at least steal point(s) from Vakif.

Turkey- VVSL-Vestel Venus Women's League 2017/2018

Quoted from "Diesse14" Wow! This Galatasaray is working better and better. They're playing as a team, and everyone does its duty in a good way. I think this is also thanks to the coach: also last year the team was playing really good. Neslihan is on fire in attack and on serve, the same with Kosheleva. The block worked good and also the reception. They're fourth in the league, but I won't be surprised if they manage to grab the third place, as Fenrbahce has to face Vakifbank and Eczacibasi.. Ye...

CEV Champions League 2018

Quoted from "francexplosn" Quoted from "usantvolleyball" Hill had a sub par game in reception, attack and block but she was good in serve. But best of all her reception, defense, and serve were excellent in the crucial 5th set. 7 receptions of which 4 were perfect (setter didn't have to take more then one step), 2 were good (setter took less then 5 steps), and one error. Also she had that 4 point service run which included no aces but serves were difficult and a couple of solid digs. Long servi...

CEV Champions League 2018

Quoted from "crovolley" Turkish fans calm down I'm not guilty why your team lost. @beri what does odds say about next matches in CL? I mean they can see the future not me. HAAHHAHAHA I‘m not a fan of Fenerbahce, and even if I am I would not look for excuses! You should calm down and apologize for your senseless comments comparing two leagues when you wrote that Fabris is ready for Turkey at the beginning of the season, but now again praising Italian league!

CEV Champions League 2018

Quoted from "crovolley" Quoted from "Canter" Quoted from "crovolley" Noooo Lowe is not for Fenerbache. She is not for that level. agree..id prefer Fabris to her for FB And that could happend next season. After I think 5 season in Seria A, She is ready for big club as Fenerbahce. She is having amazing season again in Seria A, great performance at CWCH against Volero and Eczacibasi. And great performance for now at CEV CUP. This is a quote of crovolley in the "Transfer News "2017/18" thread. Ther...

CEV Champions League 2018

Quoted from "Umu11" @crovolley i am sorry but you are just so irritating. I think Fabris is a OK player. I don’t have anything against her. Your comments make me want to just hate her. I don’t think Turkish teams are better then others. You are not italian or something why you always support italian teams and compare them to turkish ones? Just because your precious Fabris? Don’t worry, Turkish teams don’t want her. Maybe Seramiksan will in the future. Quoted from "SHAME" Imoco is the best team ...

CEV Champions League 2018

Fener has almost no chance anymore. Their team is really weak, and I expect Galatasaray to win against them in Turkish League on sunday. Who‘s idea was to bring Jerkov to this team, really? They should have never let Maret go. Rahimova is all about height, for me, she has no technique and she is not a smart player. She just hits strong and high thats it for me and if the block is in a good position she gets blocked and blocked. Fener will play 2 difficult games in Italy, playing in Italy is not ...

CEV Cup 2018

Quoted from "crovolley" Maybe with more people in the venue this match would be more interesting. This looked like a training match. We will see what Busto can show in Italy, they took one set, and lost first won very closely so that means everything is open. Mr crovolley and his future visions are again on point. While taking 1 set and loosing one really close but never mentioning loosing 2 sets with a big difference (both 25-18 ) Busto is a very very very strong Italian team. I love how you w...

Comparison of Strength of European Leagues

Quoted from "crovolley" As I said many time for me their is no huge diffrents between Turkish league and Seria A. I will say just one more thing. All top 4 Turkish teams are not stronge as in CL-CEV CUP as they are in Turkish league, because of foreign limit. That is not case with Seria A (Only Imoco this season). So you can't compare how strong some league is just because "Eczacibasi beat Busto". Eczacibasi is not the same team in CL and in Turkish league, Busto is the same. This is not my opi...

CEV Champions League 2018

Quoted from "crovolley" And I got bored when they act like no one is good as Turkish top 4 teams, no one can beat them, no one is good as them. And look one if them lost. No one said that. Turkish teams or the top turkish teams are just on another level than any other teams this does not mean they are not beatable. As a real volleyball fan you have to know when it comes to sport everything is possible, there are soo many other elements why you never know which team can be a favourite on court. ...

CEV Champions League 2018

I never ever mentioned something like this. I don‘t even follow everything or do you see my comments everywhere? If you want to say something, than do it but do not generalize me with „turkish fans“. Vakif will never be a host. Why spending so much money to get selected as host if you can reach the Final 4 for 0$?
