Italy – Superlega 2017/2018

Lanza is the worst of the night. His extended minutes gave away many points to Perugia. I believe Lorenzetti can do nothing more about it with this roster. Vettori was hitting with low kill percentage. It's simply unworkable without an italian middle blocker to take space for Hoag or Teppan. In my opinion this was the biggest mistake for Trentino. The roster depends so much on Lanza and Vettori's performances. I've said it once or twice... when Lanza and Vettori are not playing well. Trento will...

Italy – Superlega 2017/2018

Not bad for Russell. He redeemed himself after he was brought back although He could've played better in the middle of the game. Atanasijevic disappeared at the end again although he's been better than the last match. Colaci was okay. We need him to come back against Lube. Berger was just there perhaps to refocus the serve of Trentino. He was not bad but could've been better. De Cecco was one of the better player considering we lost the reception in some stages. Anzani and Podrascanin were consi...

I love Zaytsev's block tonight. He's closing down on Vettori very neatly.

De Cecco is saving Perugia. Zaytsev is doing great and Russell is struggling with his passing.

Serbian NT 2018

Quoted from "tomen" Quoted from "B. Moreira" No Nemanja Petric. Serbia always bring new players to NT and they can keep their level. I agree it, too. If a new player and an old player are in the same level, the new one is just better. It's a truth. I think Petric is head and shoulders above Milan Katic and Cirovic Lazar but I agree that introducing new players is always good for an NT's future. Interesting change for Serbia. Skundric was turn into a libero. I wonder if he has an injury preventi...

2018 / 2019 Transfer Rumors & Discussion

Quoted from "beri" I'm sorry Goncharova is one of the most overrated players and this all bcs she is considered pretty , unless its a sky high perfectly set ball she is pretty ineffective. Goncharova is between 4th and 6th imho esp. now. She'd wish she could spike a ball as well out of system as Sloëtjes (or Tandara). And again I'm not saying she is bad however she has a system and is def. not a player thats comfortable going outside that which is fine but is not enough to make her 2nd best in ...

2018 / 2019 Transfer Rumors and Discussion

Lukas Divis- Lokomotiv Novosibirsk>Zenit St. Petersburg Sergei Grankin- Belogorie Belgorod>Dinamo Moscow Sergei Antipkin-Dinamo Moscow>Zenit St. Petersburg Pavel Pankov- Zenit St. Peterburg>Belogorie Belgorod https://www.volleyball.it/russia-grankin…mbiano-squadra/ Sensible choice of Divis for Zenit St. Petersburg but I'm a little unsure with Antipkin(I'm not saying he's bad but Pankov have talents that surpasses him as a player.) Pavel Pankov would be highly-sought after his performance in the ...

2018 / 2019 Transfer Rumors & Discussion

Quoted from "Canter" Quoted from "hellcat" New rumors from Turkey: Eczaci is close to sign Natalia. Galatasaray will hold onto Koshelava. Vakifbank will decide to sign Tandara or to keep Lonneke at the end of the season. KYK is ready to accept Fener's 1.3 million euros contract that will be more than 1.5 million with bonuses (CL, League and KupaVolley trophies). The highest offer she has ever got from them in years thanks to the new sponsor. if Eczacı is close to signing Natalia..may this mean ...

Russian NT 2018

Quoted from "inc0gnito" Scherban is playing good in Moscow atm and I honestly would have taken her instead of Kutyukova who can't kill the ball to save her life. Even Ilchenko is a liability in the passing and at least Scherban can help somewhat in reception. Voronkova will arguably be OH1 with the absence of Kosheleva. I wonder how will the reception looks like, it seems Malova has retired and Kryuchkova has decided not to be back after returning to NT last year. I think Pankov is resting her ...

2018 / 2019 Transfer Rumors & Discussion

Bartsch was good in WGP. She made good impression in Brazil when she played there. It won't be surprising if a couple or more clubs made a contact with her agent. We should also know how Team USA works. They always have an american player in there every year if I am not mistaken. It's not only good for developing that player(Brazil is one of the best volleyball schools in the world, if you have been given an opportunity to play there, grab it) but as a way to scout how the Brazilians will play i...

2018 / 2019 Transfer Rumors & Discussion

Quoted from "AdmonKadmon777" Quoted from "leo2017" Quoted from "Gomez4" Rumors that Zhu Ting will sign new contract with Vakifbank(1,7 million EUR) and they want Tandara also If Vakif has got 1,7 million for Zhu, they will not be able to find money for Tandara's contract... And Sloetjes is a much more complete, almost "universal" player: amazing blocker, for instance, whereas Tandara is a short athlete that fits the brazilian Superliga perfectly, where tall females are disappearing... In case s...

Russian NT 2018

Quoted from "Matthias" Quoted from "inc0gnito" I am not aware of another 'Pankova' that is a receiver There is Alina Pankova, but I don't know her position. The list above was posted as "inofficial" on Facebook, so it might not be real eventually. Sokolova as libero would be the biggest joke in history Is that Alina the same wife of Pavel Pankov, the setter of Zenit St. Petersburg? I wonder how good she is.

Russian NT 2018

I like the sister of Nataliya in Odintsovo. I feel this is a good addition even if this is a messy lineup whoever concocted this one. lol Edit: i think this is a different woman. lol Does anyone know R. Goncharova?

2018 / 2019 Transfer Rumors and Discussion

Fakel looks weaker next season if Vlasov and Volkov leaves. I also wonder about Bogdan or Kliuka. There's a chance that Zenit St. Petersburg will strengthen their roster by buying stronger russian players and if I am the manager of the club... I would prioritize those two young men for the next years to come especially in their first european cup adventure.
