2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League

Quoted from "inc0gnito" Has it been confirmed that Jacque will be converted back to OH to replace Drussyla in Final 6? From the few games I saw her in Barueri, I think she is still capable as OH and can still help the team. Yes. She's traveling to Japan right now.

Favorite Match(es) of All Time

I have three favorite games. Brazil - Russia (OG 2012 quarterfinal) There's no need to even explain why this is the best game I've ever watched. Brazil - Yugoslavia (WL 2003 final) Legendary 31-29 tie-break. Brazil - Italy (OG 2012, semifinal) I find this game incredibly underrated. Brazil simply destroyed Italy after Italy had done the same to the USA. It was really striking to me and it was quite possibly one of the best performances of Brazil ever. Also about embedding videos, use this format...

2018 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)

Quoted from "Rains" Quoted from "saishuu" Speaking of Jaeschke, is there any news on his injury? Torn ACL. No recovery times given but that's roughly 6-9 months after surgery. Like I thought. Too bad. Hope he recovers well.

2018 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)

Quoted from "Mapuan" USA was able to sweep their pool without dropping a set. This DeFalco kid is really something. Not the hardest hitter nor highest leaper but has very good VB IQ. If he can stay healthy, I can see him having the same success as Giba or Murilo. He should skip his last playing year of college and turn pro. Agreed. He has huge potential indeed. EUA really is having lots of success in the OH department lately with Sander, Russell, Jaeschke and DeFalco. Speaking of Jaeschke, is t...

2018 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)

Didn't watch the match, but it seems Vigrass was really impressive given his stats. 5/5 attacks, 5 blocks and 6 aces, more than double the points of the second best scorer.

2018 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)

Brazil is just in one of their very common ruts. It's unfortunate (as a fan) to watch, but it's not something I haven't gotten used to see. Not to mention France is on a whole another level right now. Hopefully they're able to bounce back against Bulgaria tomorrow at least.

2018 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)

Quoted from "Bahkawdi" Quoted from "saishuu" I think Jaeschke just ruptured his ACL. If that's really it, no WCH for him. Poor guy, damn. Wow, that's a pretty serious injury I would be surprised if it weren't an ACL injury judging from how it looked, unfortunately. This is so sad.

2018 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)

Quoted from "ryleybarnes" Brazil were better in blocking and serving though. In numbers, yes, but throughout the game Canada's service at least was much more effective in killing Brazil. Anyway, doesn't even matter

2018 Volleyball Nations League (VNL)

Quoted from "B-quick" When did the Canadians OHs master tooling the Brazilians blockers? Becasue they just did. CAN literally won that match by touch-outs. Schmitt played a decent game. A few explosives but definitely high in efficiency. Well, Brazilian block has been a joke for years now, so it's not really that hard.

CEV European League 2018

Quoted from "TimHH" Quoted from "saishuu" Quoted from "TimHH" Venno doesn't look very comfortable in his role as a receiver Did he ever play as a receiver before this tournament? I'd think Teppan would be best suited for the OH role given his biotype, but I might be completely wrong... Well, whatever we think about it, it seems coach made the right choice. Estonia is leading 2:0 and is on the way to the title. With their good blocking, they are sucking a lot of energy out of czech team, who are...
