Will it be an open race with Annie Cesar or is Roosa as good as last(first) Liberos of Stuttgart?

My comparison was not just about distance but also about playing in a bigger town that is not really interested in other sports than soccer and in a team from another city. And I also don't think that CU Arena fullfills all criteria of CEV.

Quoted from "StefanS" Is this hall not too big and expensive for them? They never used it so far... (request for tickets should be sufficient to finance the renting) I searched for the company driving that hall - and this seems to be a pure private company, so I guess renting it is extremely expensive - can easily cost 20.000 Euro per day, which makes it quickly uneconomical. I remember a final four cup tournament they organized in this hall during the 90th. I think they must have played many i...

Quoted from "kenny3999" why Hamburg? Schwerin can easily play in the Sport- and Kongresshalle (5.184 spectators)... StefanS knows nothing ;-)

Matthias is right, you are a bad loser! Especially because you have nearly no respect for the teams behind top 3. And not even any repect for Dresden during the whole season. I remember the loss of Stuttgart in cup against Wiesbaden - In your opionion this happened because Stuttgart had other plans in this season. I remember the very close cup match against Münster - it all was only because Stuttgart played sooooo weak! But it was a good fight from Münster! And even Schwerin could only win becau...

Quoted from "Matthias" I'm in two minds about this. Seeing the performance of Pia Kästner and Annie Cesar in the final series for me shows that they were absolutely right to join Stuttgart's team even though throughout the season they didn't get to play very often. But now they show what a full season of training with excellent teammates did to them and to me this is a much better choice than playing for a weak team where they might play more but practice on a lower level. I don't think this is...

Many thanks to Potsdam for their trust in Dreblow! It is hard to see that she will leave Potsdam. Hopefully she will not go to Schwerin, Stuttgart or Dresden...

Wow, Cesar is 21 years old... Nice to see that OSP Stuttgart presents one of their talents now! But in the age of 21??? I don't think that Cesar will get the trust to be first Libero of Stuttgart in the next years. And Schwerin? Schölzel out, Krause out, Lohmann out... And Dresden? Petter out, Weitzel out, Maase out, Wezorke out in semi finals. It absolutely makes no sense for a german talent to join Dresden, Schwerin or Stuttgart before being one of the top prospects!

Quoted from "StefanS" This article I also read, but it is not really helpful. General issues with comparability of such numbers are: 1. is this first league team only (obviously not) budget? It should be the budget for the whole club. But isn't it the same for the numbers of the other clubs, especially Schwerin, Dresden, Stuttgart? Quoted 2. Münster is one of four clubs, which still drives a federal academy, wich also consumes money: how much? I don't know how much, maybe 30k to 50k Euro? It is...

Quoted from "Nirk" Quoted from "Nirk" StefanS, you should change positions in USC roster. Luisa Keller is clearly an opposite (left handed) and Lina Alsmeier is ouside hitter. Hi StefanS, after you have ignored my wish four month ago, perhaps you can change the positions of these players now on first page of this thread? And Nadja Schaus is missing. I think she is Opp (maybe MB)... thanks! Ok the years of birth are also wrong. Keller 2001, Alsmeier 2000 and Hoenhorst 1997, Lohuis 1996...

Quoted from "Matthias" I see you read that ridiculous article too. Just because Stuttgart, who undoubtedly is in great shape right now, had one very easy win over Potsdam, who undoubtedly is in very bad shape right now, they are moaning about the bad level of the league apart from the top 3 teams. Apparently they missed Münster taking Schwerin to tie-break and Aachen causing a lot of trouble to Dresden and so on. I can't wait to see Karma striking back at Stuttgart Yeah I have read it. But ok, ...

Quoted from "StefanS" Yes, this is a major drawback for Münster, in Suhl it will work out without her, I think, but against stronger opponents they will miss her very much. Or, when she is completely fit again, Luisa Keller will get her chances, gains experience and will benefit from this situation as Lina Alsmeier is just doing now. Or Nadja Schaus will still be good enough to fight for fourth place... Unfortunately Stuttgart is not giving much time on court to talents, although all teams behi...

Germany - VBL 1. Bundesliga 2017/2018

Quoted from "StefanS" ... currently only the four teams with more than 1 million Euro budget can afford it (Dresden, Schwerin, Stuttgart, Vilsbiburg) and even those didn't do what they were eligible to... Can you tell me the numbers of USC Münster and the other teams? (and yeah, it is not enough to play european cups, you are right).

Today is also first cup match in round of last sixteen. VT Printus Offenburg against Rote Raben Vilsbiburg. First set as expected 17:25 but second set won by Offenburg 25:13. Vilsbiburg will most likely win this match but Offenburg have some talented players, I think...

In all four sets Münster had at least 22:19 lead... I think biggest advantage is the defense of Münster which is not noteable in these german stats.

Germany - VBL 1. Bundesliga 2017/2018

Quoted from "Visitor" Quoted from "rbdfabio" why is Postdam not playing this weekend? There are only 11 teams in the league this season. 10 are competing, 1 has a break (this weekend: Potsdam) This is the reason for VCO Berlin. But Potsdam plays against Schwerin on Wednesday, live on sport1 in free TV...
