I don't think it is a word. It looks more like an exclamation. "Hey!!! We are the champions!"

I've read on a magazine that UOOH is a Brazilian exclamation that's similar to WOW. (If I'm not mistaken)
As for G.U.C, it stands for the Italian "Giovani Un Ca**o"...(the last word is a bad word in Italian...I don't know if I can write it here), that could be translated with "Young? Like hell"...It was Pesaro's response to those who were saying that their players were too young and inexperienced.

Well, better late than never, Uooh is not exactly something in Portuguese, at least I never saw it with that spelling... but anyway, I think the effect is the same as in wow like Ros said
