    The roster is big because it includes also the players that will play at the Universiades and at the Meditteranean Games.

    No Jacqueline and Fernandinha. Despite that, the roster is still good. I think they joined Montreux to give experience to the younger players.

    it seems fernanndinha will not join NT anymore...she talked to ze about her physical codition, saying that she need a time to make column reinforcement. Ze offered help to treat her problems in the NT center with him but she declined...

    Paula will have knee surgery, it was posted in the Brazilian NT thread.


    Valeskinha is retired from the NT but she played in Turkey this season.

    I believe Jaqueline will join Brazil's NT roster for the Montreux competition. She is not yet in the roster cause she is still playing the Italian League.


    I am saying this because from 2009 on, teams are allowed to have 14 players in their rosters, including 2 liberos. As Paula is undergoing a knee-surgery next week and she will take more 6 weeks to completely recover, Jaqueline might be called as soon as the Italian League ends.

    José R. Guimarães ought to test other players. He already knows Jaqueline's performances. Montreaux must be a test tournament. Regiane is a joke in this team but if she is in why not testing her?

    Ana Tiemi is not a good setter to join the team this season. She needs make her game more consistent. She's not even a main setter on her team! I watched some matches of her and... her settings were pathetic. Ana is just tall and this means nothing on setting. She was, is and will be always only a expectation. Nothing more.

    what a bloody sharpe critic to Ana and Regiane.....but i can only say i totally agree with you....

    Wow! Swieniewicks is back! I believe she and Skowronska will cause trouble to Poland's opponents. I would like to see Glinka completing the trio.
