I'm happy to see that Russia has gone back to a bit more female style of Volleyball with Morozova hitting slide attacks and Obmochaeva hitting the pipe occasionally. Sad to see Malova on bench after she did so well all summer, but Kryuchkova is doing well too so far...

1st set goes to Russia, Obmochaeva is on fire with good blocking from teammates.

Popovic hit straight into the block. She is one of the 'stars' of this team so I don't think she can play like that in decisive moments

As you say they only got 2 world class players. Rahimova back from injury.
Yesterday Mammadova was awful in reception. Garayev changed his system today and new collapse.
A team can't go ahead with a too narrow international basis. The other teams see immediately Azerbaidjan's weaknesses !They are missing a good receiver OH who can cover a huge space as Molnar does for Mihajlovic.
I would go for a normal libero since rahimova and mamadova can score for all team -
