Belgium is the perfect example for how important it is to have good organisation and preparation. They have always had good players and for some years good results on youth level, but this year for the first time they spent the whole summer together, playing EL and preparing for ECH and thus they have become a real TEAM! Qualifying for WGP next year also secures that it will be a long term development.
This is something that for example Croatia lacks, their federation always screws up and every year there is the question who will be coach, which players will come etc, and often they don't have good conditions for preparations. With better organisation, Croatia could constantly be Top 5 in Europe.
It's really fun to watch Belgium, a young and enthusiastic team! Road to semifinal is really not hard for them now
