  • It seems after Italian NT, now also Turkish NT has become a snake pit....

In Italy, Leo en Gioli were the bosses...In Turkish NT it seems - according to all the rumors - Neslihan and Gözde are the bosses...

P.S. Barbolini was//is involved in both coutries

But don't you think that Neslihan looks a bit down during the games? She is normally a very agressive and passionate person but I feel like she looks bored and doesn't really want to fight at all. It's the same with Seda. She always had this bored face but in recent games she looks worse. So I guess predictions on Neriman vs. others is correct however I don't agree that Neslihan is happy with that either. I feel bad for Gözde because if Turkey loses next time, Barbolini may give up on Özge and Gözde and call Esra and Neriman back instead. :box:

  • Although Italy lost, I'm really happy for Belgium! Such a lovely team! I hope they'll have success in the future. I see in their eyes the same joy I saw in the Serbian team at the 2006 WCH, when they unexpectedly emerged as a strong team.

Well done Belgium! I'll cheer for you! :super:

Ozge can go but not Gozde.. she is Turkey's best OH so not Esra nor Neriman can replace her. I think there might me something true to this, but IMO it's mostly exaggerations.. it can't be like that.. We'll see I'm sad this Turkish team is performing this bad this season

Rivalry between Turkish clubs is huge, so I wouldn't be surprised that rivaly continues in NT...Besides, some players have become showbizz-objects...Neslihan, Gizem,..their ego's are huge. The players are in the main focus of the media..wedding's pictures everywhere.. Gizem last year used her famous husband (a DJ) to criticize the headcoach..

I know there are many controversies in this team but I said it can't be that big how to say scandal.. maybe there are stuff like that but these stuff are not that big as are presented

  • It makes sense that Mammadova would retire from NT. Good for her. Azerbaijani NT seems to lack any direction and strategy and she's just wasting her time there. She played on the NT for 10 years, she's paid her dues.

  • It took about two hours, but I counted all stats and I made rankings :D wait asome minutes I'll post team and individual ranings

  • It is a little unusual to see Russia as best receveing team..
happy for Havlickova as best scorer till now..i love her!!

  • Leys is second as best spiker (%) in particular thank to her match against Italy..
if i am not wrong she had 18/26,that means 69% (more or less)..

however i really like Belgium.. Rousseaux,Leys,Van Hecke .. but in particular Heyrman that is really good in blocking.. i hope she will be starter in Modena!!

  • Filipova made more blocks than Morozova and the others
    but played more sets :teach:

    and nice work Kondzio
