  • Marcin Możdżonek of Poland will miss first matches in WL because of cracked bone in his foot. He has had this injury since four months...

    The most important 3:
    POLAND-SZCZECIN-VOLLEYBALL

    5th place - Prediction Game - World League 2011 :D

  • Change in the system of World League:
    1.Points,
    2.Set ratio,
    3.Points ratio.
Set ratio is important than Points ratio again.

  • Georg Grozer can't play for German NT due to blood circulation problems in his right arm :( He needs to rest for at least 2 months.

Bjoern Andrae won´t play world league as well. He has serious problems with both knees and needs a rest

  • Murilo wont travel with Brasil team to Porto Rico. Jaqueline lost her baby today. :( so he wll stay with her this days.

    That's terrible

  • Portugal without excellent setter Nuno Pinheiro in WL

I heard rumors he isnt in good relations with NT coach.

He wasn't in the team last year too. Violas was starting setter and he did verry well.

Oh no!!! That's very unfortunate! I hope they're doing okay right now.
This very recently happened to someone close to me; it's truly heartbreaking. :(

  • France 0-3 Italy

    (14-25;20-25;12-25) :D :D :D

Non lasciare mai che la paura di perdere ti impedisca di partecipare!!

    29th - Prediction Game - Women's European Championship 2011

  • Poland-USA 3:0 :box:

Kurek 23 pts in 3 sets.

Maybe it wasn't the highest level of volleyball I saw in my life, but the first victory in WL this season is very important. Poland played well as a team and Kurek was great indeed.
Anastasi and our new team passed their first real exam :)

  • Poland played reaaly good match. Kurek was freaking beast today if he plays like that it's really hard to lose  we had nice reception and block but i believe we could use our MB more often and not only Kurek Kurek Kurek Bartman Kurek. but anyways i adore Andrea Anastazi. he is my favourite coach and i think he is the best tactician in volleybal. there's no room for randomness and chaos in the teams he coaches and i think he can archive great things with our NT :)

but on the other hand it's clearly visible that we are not 100% physically prepared. all of our guys were so exhausted after the match and it was only 3 setter. but it's an early stage of preparation and happily we didn't choke that last set after having really nice lead we lost many points and it was 20-18 so it was close.

anyways congratz guys keep it on :D

Anyone can support a team that is winning - it takes no courage. But to
stand behind a team to defend a team when it is down and really needs
you, that takes a lot of courage.
