Polish NT 2011

    I may interrupt ur discussion, but I was wondering how the JW starting lineup will be. Is there a limit in Plusliga like at most two foreign players on the court at the same time? I hope Zibi still play as the opp in JW instead of going back to receiver. So, IF Thornton and Helmet are both on the court(which is, I think, of the most possibility), Lasko would be out, and therefore Zibi is a good opp choice. Am I right?

    Do you know what pisses me off? For me it's ridiculous, that our players like Winiarski, Plinski, Zagumny are choosing the tournaments, in which they will play. It's a coach's decision, not them. Plinski is crying now, beacuse Anastasi not... 'called' him to the NT, and he wanted to be in team, supposedly.
    Winiarski want to play in... World Cup, right? So what, that he wants?! He must deserve before, and then he can dream about it.


    When PZPS announced, that Anastasi will be a coach of our team, I really hoped that he will not fool on this vacations, illnesses and injuries. We will see.
    I really don't like, I hate, that our players try to take control on decisions of Anastasi :down:

    You're not interrupting our discussion, join us and share your opinions :) Yes, here in PlusLiga there is obviously a limit for foreigners, but not like in Russia for example, where there can be only 2 foreign players on the court. In Poland there can be 3 foreign players on the court at the same time.
    Yes, I also would like to see Zibi as opposite sometimes, although he will be kinda universal player, 'cause I've heard that he will be able to play both- on reception and attack, depends on team's needs.
    No, no Michał wouldn't be out, 'cause as I told you, we have 3 foreign players on the court, but that wouldn't affect him, 'cause he has Polish passport :)

    Andrea is a pretty strong personality, he's totally different than Castellani for example, and I'm sure he wouldn't let players take control over his decisions. He wants to have all the best players in the team, but if they said 'no, not this time' it's their own problem, not his, he's not gonna beg them to play in NT. Right now he has a group of cool guys, who are ready to work hard and play for Poland and he works with them. If our absent players will decide to join our team later, I'm sure he won't close the door for NT for them.

    Damn, Winiarski... I want him so badly in team. I want him to be such an amazing player as he was two years ago. He is too young to play and behave as a pensioner!


    Anastasi is not Castellani. He has his own rules. I hope he will bring order after the chaos wrought by Castellani.

    Really? Has Kubiak transferred to JW? I thought he was trapped in his previous club.

    This whole situation with Daniel Pliński looks a little bit different. He has never asked for some break or anything like that. This is the first time when he decided not to play in the team for a while, due to injury or something.


    About Michał Kubiak....well...he is kinda trapped in his current (unfortunately) club, his situation doesn't look optimistic at all. Politechnika's president said that if there will be such a necessity- she will go to the court and Michał will suffer beacuse of that, 'cause he may even have a little longer break due to this situation. But we'll see what's gonna happen...the only person who knows what's really goin' on is Michał. Let's hope everything will be fine.

    Andrea would definitely choose him, but Daniel refused to play...at least during the first part of the season. But that doesn't mean Andrea won't pay attention at him, 'cause he definitely will :) As I said...I'm sure Andrea won't close NT's door for our absent players.

    I hope he will close NT's door for Wlazły. This guy just starts to pisses me of :pinch:
    Daniel Pliński, whatever will be saying about him, will be always for me cool guy. He have never let down his team. He can be tired. I allow him :P
