Without exaggeration Okuniewska is everything in the middle. And Podolec is a good blocker.
We have more troubles in OH position now.
Maybe with Jaszewska it could be better. If Kasprzak after recovery will be in good shape, then it would be good. Kosek also isn't bad player and Ciaszkiewicz also could help. Kruk and Kaczorowska in my opinion are too weak to play in NT. There are also Kwiatkowska and Konieczna, they also can be OH's.
Situation in middle is also better. Bednarek is coming back, we have Okuniewska, Podolec with good block, also Wojtowicz is in wide roster. If she improves, she may be our best MB.
to Szczyrk came 18 of 22 established players.

Available to coach Alojzego Świderka are four more contestants who did not train with the staff. They are: Karolina Ciaszkiewicz, Katarzyna Skorupa, Izabela Bełcik and Gabriela Wojtowicz.
So they may train with team, in case of someone's injury, right? What a pity that this four don't train with team They are better than some players who are on training.
No Skorupa, no Belcik.
I would choose Skorupa instead of Wolosz, IMO we need good but experienced setter, Wolosz showed on WCH that's she's not ready to play in such events IMO. Skorupa would be absolutely better.
Bełcik is better than Wołosz too. Radecka unfortunately is first, she sets too predictable balls and Wołosz is still unexperienced. I'd choose Radecka (but as substitute) and Skorupa/Bełcik. Bełcik unfortunately is often injured or ill so Skorupa is safer choice, her play is a bit better. She should be first setter.
I think from the first time since WCH 2006 there was Belcik and Skorupa again in the roster together and I would like to see them both in NT and again nothing from that....
Bełcik could play during WGP, but as always she was ill, difficulties with throat.

Yes, and then I guess some joint problems. She was supposed to have medical tests in Warsaw last week.
I hope that soon we will hear all is well and she is ready to train.
I'm curious if all of this girls new that they are in this squad Probably not. I think that in sunday everything will be clear and IMO there will not be 22 girls in Szczyrk.
As far as I know Wojtowicz had an injection in her knee on Friday, so I'm not sure if she is ready to train on 100%.
Am I a clairvoyant? I was quiet sure that in Szczyrk will be only 14 from GP plus 3 from Legionowo. I don't know if Strasz is needed. I remember when Swiderek told in newspaper that he called all healthy girls which could train, really?

"18 players will train till Friday. Then coach will choose two players, who will be out. Other players after short rest will come back to Szczyrk on Sunday. Till the end of preparations to ECH we will train with 16 players - said Alojzy Świderek.
Kasprzak? hasn't she been injuried?
Kasprzak? hasn't she been injuried?
Yes, it was the same injury like in last year. She couldn't play in Montreux. Probably she's recovering, she may play on ECH, if she recovers.

Yeah, I wish her a fast recovery! She has a great potential obviously better than Kaczorowska or Kruk.
Kaczorowska for me had to much chances to play in NT and didn't use them. In my opinion is too weak, she play good with weak opponents. Maybe I rate her too strict, but someone on polish forums permamently praised her, so she became hated and most users were happy when she played bad.

And I will pray for her quick recover because she can be our best OH now.
Kasprzak injury wasn't serious. She had torn abdominal muscle and she could play in F8 WGP, but our team didn't play there.
Everyone know, that Kaczorowska is just too weak for NT and Kruk is in NT only because of Matlak. So many players refuse to play in his team, that he had to call Kruk. I read, that Podolec will be back at OH, but I don't know how many truths is in it. Even so, she is much better than Kaczorowska and Kruk and I hope, that our receive at ECH will look like: Jaszewska, Kosek, Kasprzak and Podolec.
