Such a win as a present for Arkadiusz Gołaś
2014 FIVB World Championship - Poland - 8/30

I'm so tired of Brazil, they should stop caring about being on the top all the time. It's a time for some kind of changes. They're playing so freakin' average volleyball. I don't think they're able to beat Russia tomorrow, if they didn't do it against Wlazly.
Poland? This is what's happening, when there's no Nowakowski on the court. All the bad things go away. If I see him again against Russia I would probably be completely done with Antiga.

Such a win as a present for Arkadiusz Gołaś
He is good Spirit of Polish NT.
When He has died, after few days Poland won Gold Medal in Women's Euro. -
Sorry, but....F*CK YEAH!!!
They did it! That could've been 3-0, really. I mean...really, Brazil was very vulnerable tonight, and if it wasn't for typical Polish choking, the game would've been over long time ago.
Sometimes it was impossibe not to drop an f bomb. They were as pathetic as it gets. Nothing gets a rise out of me more than wasting your chances. It was great to see Poles being back in the swing of things, all pumped up and so passionate. That's the kind of Poland I like. I even liked that screwball Kubiak, who got a red card, and had a pretty hard time cooling himself down. They finally weren't passive and bland, showed some great spirit, played with an edge and tones of joy, and that fired up the atmoshpere on the court and carried them to the victory.
Wlazły was the man again. I don't even wanna talk about some other delinquents, but yeah, let's not focus on the negatives
Bravo, Polska

Got home right after the game ended.
Anyway, congrats to Poland! Seems like it was well deserved. I'm sad with the result, but I didn't expect Brazil to win without Murilo, the same way I don't expect them to win tomorrow. -
WLAZŁY He's the hero of today's match, definitely! Congratulations, boys! Now, we must wait for tomorrow's results
-
Looking into stats Wlazły had amazing performance as spiker 29/46 in 5 sets is really good result, 63.04% Mika supported him quite well in terms of spiking
Checking overall stats match was really close in all elements
And now I'm waiting for tomorrow match, I hope that Russia can win it in 3-4 sets
-
This is like WL2007, Poland shoud win something vs Russia if Brazil wins tomorrow.
-
Karol Klos is more impressive to me as stats

Karol Klos is more impressive to me as stats
Yeah, Kłos is our best MB right now. He proved in Skra in last club season that he's ready for NT. And he uses his chance meanwhile Nowakowski is so hopeless I still wonder what Anrtiga sees in him and why he's still a starter maybe he should be on stands in next game or at least on bench... It 'll be really weird and I feel so hopeless when I see Nowakowski as starter once agsin

That defeat will wake up Brazil.
I won't be suprised if Brazil will crush tomorrow Russia 3-0. -
Why Brazilians were protesting in the end of match?
Congrats to Polska
-
What did the coaching group of Brazil protest after the match? Were they blaming that video replay was so precise to destroy their team's effort in acting?

I won't be suprised if Brazil will crush tomorrow Russia 3-0.Without Murilo it can be hard task, but maybe they can deal with it, anyway how is his condition? And I wonder who'll be OP tomorrow at Russian side. Pavlov isn't 100% ready, but he may appear in roster. So options except Pavlov are Ilinykh and Muserskiy...
-
That was so northern Europe of you
"northern europe"..... I am not sure whether its meant as a compliment but anywayFrance was great today, especially on defense and reception. Reception of course, was as well enabled by a pathetic service performance from german side. You just cant allow a french team to receive with 60 % perfect reception (Ngapeth 65% ).
Germany has to improve in this element dramatically, otherwise it will very difficult in future to win against decent teams. You can`t always rely on Grozer, serving 8 aces per match.

This is not the WGP where Brazil lost to Turkey 3-2 and had 4 other games to wake up. Brazil has its key player injured and now has to face what's considered the strongest team on paper in less than 24 hours. As much as I like them, there's no way in hell they're winning - much less by 3-0.

Nothing really just motions of the match. Brazilians and drama go hand in hand lol. This kind of thing happens in Brazilian league as well. They re very emotional.

Any win for Russia tomorrow and... Poland in semifinals. So I'm curious if there will be this booing stuff against Russia in the match vs Brazil.
Believe it or not, but it was one of the main problem in program after the match: is it possible to chear for Russia Tragic conflict
as for the match:
Winiarski , Wlazly , Kłos , Mika , Kubiak , Nowakowski , Antiga
team spirit in this team is amazing
QuoteTo
avoid any further confrontation, especially caused by a wrong reason, I
think he referred to the Muserskiy case and that there is no chance to
see him score 30+ points as an opposite. You misinterpreted what he
actually said.Anyway, let's not involve politics.
you're probably right. Sorry for misunderstanding and that I started this discussion

That was one hell of a battle! We're not even close to play mastership, you know, but I would go through fire and water for this team because guys NEVER give up. The passion in the team and this atmosphere is just catching. Totally love the way guys express a joy after every single point As Stephane said: "Every point was a party for us" Love them all
Nah, not Nowakowski. We were screwing some actions badly, not taking chances, completely lost in 3rd set. And we CAME BACK from the deep black hole. Unforgettable We won with Brazilians, with this ridiculous Iranian referee and with our own demons again. Isn't true that the real trick is to win when not everything goes right? Hell yes. Still without our captain (changed quite quickly) who I hope will feel better and better. Team showed he's ok without him but just ok, not great. Anyway, respect for taking this risk and trying to come back. It was said that Winiar still feels his back and their is a blockade somewhere in his head because of this. Get well! No need to overuse him, we need him fully health. Now, I have to: Mariusz Wlazły, you impossible monster There were these moments when he played like alone. Saved our a bit cooked asses for sure. In the meantime Kubiak was having such a tough day. I can feel that, sometimes nothing works even if you want it badly. But the way he rebuild himself in a tie-break, still being shitty in attack maybe but what was he doing in defense is beyond this planet plus he switched on his wild side which resulted in red card(ridiculous, anyway, Brazilians got two yellow cards for game delay, shouldn't be red one after already one yellow?)but played kinda better because of being so pissed This Iranian ref, I have no question even... I kept being worried what he is going to invent next. And the comment I hear from Drzyzga: "Will be yellow card because this gentleman just goggled" amused me so much Kłos was outstanding, I couldn't believe it's the same guy, I mean I was such a "fan" of him once... completely not believing he can do sth special. My mistake Game of his life, helpful in crucial moments. Ehh, beautiful, even if not in so high-level... I just want my team to be as passionate as it showed so farAnd in this beautiful landscape, just one thing disturbing: truly, I put a lot of faith in Antiga, but hell only know what Nowakowski is still doing in starting six Our commentators are lack in comments after every situation he screw. They just make a loud breath. This is not just some kind of problem, this is a BIG problem. 'Cause the guy is screwing almost everything and obviously nothing can change. Completely don't get why Antiga keeps him. I can understand he is not in shape, everyone can be - and HE IS A SHADOW OF HIMSELF - but for heavens' mercy don't let him to ruin what the whole team just worked out I really liked him, his attacks on level beyond any blocker's hands, considered him as our best MB of past few seasons and he was unquestionable no1 on our middle in last coaches eyes'... And now is nothing but distaste. Please, Antiga, let him sit on bench before people here really get tired of him (if they still didn't), would be sad for him being remembered THAT badly. Still some games ahead in which he can not to ridicule himself, just let him stay on bench...
Tough decision for Polish crowd: too boo or not to boo Russians. Everyone know what means for our team Russian victory over Brazil. Would be interesting. Somehow I feel sorry for Brazilians though. Can't imagine semi-finals without them. So I rather stay neutral and whatever will be will be. Let the better just win. Lucas... Doesn't matter how many times blocked still impressive like nothing ever on this world. I am amazed

I've just read that Brazil bore this loss quite hardly. They didn't want to talk with press, they avoided all media and they forfeited press conference. They still must be offended because of schedule changed by us and this draw. But they can't blame challenge system and their loss... I wonder how will they play against Russia.
