It wasn't by chance that DOM won a set against ITA. Finally they are well preapred to the tournament

I saw China-Turkey and that match was another level. Today Russia is playing bad and Startseva is setting too high and slow.I wouldn't say they're playing bad. Russia was definitely very sleepy in the 3rd set. They wouldn't have lost if they went with their full potential. They were trying to manage the game without making too much effort. But Dominican Republic is giving them a run for their money. It's definitely an interesting match. Not full of errors, like others we've seen in this tournament. If Russia wants to avoid losing points, they're gonna have to up their level. Though Dom had a rough time in the 2nd set, this is been a good match for them.

Estes have been really horrible this game, great decision 2 put in Sokolova in the game now, its impossible shes worse than Estes, without sub her they might lose this match.

Finally Lyuba is in for Estes, I couldn't stand watching her anymore. Russia looks so damn sleepy today
Looks like DOM got a real boost from winning the set, I can really see them taking it to tiebreak now if they can keep their errors low. -
Definetely dominic republic is the most strange team
i remember the world cup 2011 germany beat usa 3-0 and then unfortunately dominic beat germany 3-2 ,their performance is totally unexpected before the match start and i guess we'r watching the same situation against russia -
I dislike it when players lick their hands then touch the ball before going for a serve. It's a shame to the setters who do their best to keep their hands dry by bringing towels with them! Very unhygienic too.
