well.. looking at the stats she seems to have played well , however what i meant i hadnt see Kosheleva being blocked back to back till that match..you know Italians know better how to play team-play and other x-factors which Serbian team lacked against Russia. Italy can play other part of the game better than Serbs...that counts...
Yes, I know what you mean and indeed the impression was that SRB had a well-thought strategy to contain Kosheleva. But in reality it was more Kosheleva's "own initiative".
Amazingly, SRB was better in reception, had one "proper" middle hitter vs none in RUS... and ended up with >10% difference in attack:

Although the reception was pretty awful on both sides, so pretty much all outside/opp hitters hit vs organized block. In this case, Mihajlovic was the weakest link. If Italy ends up attacking on two blocks I don't know if the x-factors etc can help them. Where I agree is that SRB had a very strange team spirit. They need Grbic or Miljkovic :).
