    A bit off-topic. Talking about Asian teams- why are they lowering their level all the time? I mean they must be really bad if this weak Serbia qualified over Australia, Iran, Japan, China and Korea with great ease?( What about China, are they putting much more efforts developing women's volleyball than men's?

    Thank you Australia for the chance you've given us :) I don't know what to expect from the game against Italy, but the winner will certainly be the happiest team today as they will top Pool A.


    Serbia had a chance to qualify had they made something more against Russia. The Serbians missed the win versus Brazil, might have been enough for the time being and could have got the job done, but I expected more from them, especially now that this was their last olympic game. They seemed unmotivated - something totally opposite to their national philosophy.

    I am really annoyed to see those jerseys! Really, are the sports designers that uncreative ? Do they hava a lack of inspiration ? Why do all the jerseys if ascis looks the same, or those of errea ???
    They have to do it individually for each country and not only changing the colours for the same design! Its really poor and pitty !


    BTW, I am shocked to see that Poland lost to Australia. I was thinking that polish boys will win it in 3 !!!

    Bulgarian float serves causing a lot of troubles today. Fei not following the MB at all. Berruto will change him soon imo

    Italy too nervoul, their reception is failing, their block looks puzzled. So Australia almost beating them was not a fluke

    Bulgaria takes 1st place and Germany, no doubt.


    If I am wrong, I will admit that I'm stupid, but I think Italy won't stop them. They don't look like they wanna do it.
