scouting and agents

    hey does anyone know what the requirements are for one to be a volleyball scout or agent?are there any rules by FIVB about this? :obey: :obey: :obey:

    2 years ago FIVB had no requirements or rules regarding agent licensing. I don't know whether it has changed or not
