Finnish is a completely different matter since it doesn't belong to Indo-European language family.
Most languages in Europe are Indo-European and it means that, even though they are vastly different on the outside, the basic structure is actually quite similar. Finnish, Estonian, Hungarian, Turkish, Basque, to name some, belong to other language families and they have a completely different "logic", so it's more difficult for an average European to learn them.
I always liked Sweden and swedish...my dream is to learn it one day, but from this thread maybe it is better to give up??

I have been learning Swedish for a few month, and it is not a hard language to learn at all, especially grammer is pretty easy if you compare it with French or German. They have so many common words with English so it is not hard to guess meaning of some words. The only problem is that they have too many different dialects and it is hard to differentiate for example Stocholmish dialect and Gothenburg sounds very different (maybe not for native but for new-learners). On the other hand, it seems true that Norwegian is similar to Swedish and even I can understand some key words. And agree with you about being crazy since Iscandinavian languages are spoken by very few people (9 million for Swedish) so in order to learn it, some craziness or spesific motivation is needed
Wow, What a surprise I've never expected to hear that Swedish is not easy at all to learn. Let's see how you keep going All the bosnians I know just suck at Swedish but you're saying It's sort of an easy language to learn! I hope one day we can make a great conversation in Sverige

i would only write the names that are different from other languages 
so in Slovak:
Germany ---> Nemecko
Austria ---> Rakúsko
Hungaria ---> Maďarsko
Italy ---> Taliansko
the other European sounds quite similar
hehe I think Polish language makes me laugh a little bit than the others. (example Wlochy)....
In Filipino, the translation is 99% the same with Spanish. The difference only is the spelling.

Names of other countries are not translated and the English translation is used instead.

It is odd that Bosnians have problem to learn it since they both in Indo-European 
It is also Slavic but still closer than Turkish which is Altaic language. I am improving but it would be nice to make some practice with a 'fika'

It is no odd at all, Swedish is Germanic and Bosnian is definitely Slavic... not to wonder. Personally I don't really like Slavic languages and I always find it funny When some Bosnians speak Swedish.

I have tried to learn 9 languages till now ( I just know 5 of them). For me most difficult one was Arabic ( even though there are many arabic words in our language). If you learn one european language, others ill be easy, it is like copy paste But I dont like as pronounciations are very close and sometimes you can get confused. Altaic language is the best to learn, if it is rule it is rule no exception ( match languages)
