    Avid player and volleyball enthusiast from Canada here. Been playing since junior high and have been playing in our Sr. League for 8 years now. Thought I'd get on a forum to learn and help for the the love of the game!

    Attack v. To force ones hand upon the ball with such a force that your opponents go home crying to mommy.
