I don't know if that's true. What has been known for some time, however, and there's even a poster for it (thanks to volleySrb for posting it), is a tournament organized by Serbia in China called the "Aust Tigers Cup". Serbia, Canada, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria will participate in this tournament between August 16 and 18.

So far, nothing has been posted in the forum about this tournament being expanded to include China and Turkey.
