  • CUBA DEFEAT CHINA IN FIRST FRIENDLY MATCH IN LA HABANA


    Cuba won over China (3-1) in the first of two friendly matches between these teams in La Habana. Partials were 25-23, 20-25, 25-15 and 25-19.

  • SECOND VICTORY FOR CUBA AGAINST CHINA


    Cuban NT came back from 0-2 to win China in tie break 20-25, 21-25, 25-23, 25-19 and 16-14.


    Some technical details: Henry Bell played as OH starter. OH Oriol Camejo played also as a setter, and spiker Wilfredo León (201m and 14 years old!!!!) also played in this match.


    The MB pair for Dusseldorf could be formed by Robertlandy Simón and Odelvis Dominico.


    Yadier Sánchez played for the second consecutive time as a opposite.


    Yoandry Leal, Camejo and Bell were the OH. If Camejo plays as a OH, Raidel Hierrezuelo was the setter against chinese NT.

  • Puerto Rican National Team will play four matches against the national teams of France and Italy.


    They will train at the Paris Volley Club up to May 19 when the team will go to Milano until May 24. They will go back to France for a match on May 27.
