In the F6, he played on the injections and the coaching staff decided to give him time to recover and so he was not included in the squad for this season.

P.S Sorry for my english, i hope you understand me :)

  • I got it, he was overused throughout season and becuase of health problems he isn't in NT, what a pity ;(

  • Bulgarian Roster for World League

Setters: Georgi Bratoev, Dobromir Dimitrov, Georgi Seganov, Chono Penchev

Opposites: Tsvetan Sokolov, Danail Milushev, Venelin Kadankov

MB: Victor Yosifov, Nikolay Nikolov, Ivan Latunov, Krasimir Georgiev, Vencislav Trifonov, Vencislav Ragin

OH: Todor Aleksiev, Todor Skrimov, Valentin Bratoev, Nikolay Penchev, Simeon Aleksandrov, Zlatan Yordanov, Branimir Grozdanov

    Líberos:Teodor Salparov, Martin Bozhilov

Due to injuries out from the squad for the competition are Andrey Zhekov, Boyan Yordanov, Svetoslav Gotsev and Teodor Todorov. Nikolay Uchikov will take a break.
The possitive is that we have very talented young guns who will receive chance to show their abilities. There are 6 full debutants - the brother of Nikolay Penchev - Chono from Pirin, the players from the champion Marek - Kadankov and Trifonov, Grozdanov from CSKA, Ragin from Montana and Latunov from Levski Ball. We hope so that most of them will have more minutes in play to show what they can.

  • Uchikov "taking a break" is another theatre by the Federation. I am sure Placci would be glad to have him in the roster, but as we know he is part of the Stoychev-Kaziyski group (and property of Trentino), so there you go. I don't understand what Latunov and Kadankov are doing in this list. All due respect to both players, they don't have class to be on international level. I have written previously about Kadankov, an opposite who has difficulties scoring, I really wonder who insisted on his appearance in the wide NT roster, because I refuse to believe Placci liked him himself. The rest of the youngsters deserve a chance to practice with the NT, especially with so many injuries. I was wondering whom we might see as a third option in the middle (Nikolov and Yosifov are a level above), but we survived Samunev in the NT, so we'll survive a new name as well. At least these guys are young and most of them better than Samunev.

  • We won't go anywhere with this team. :aww:

    Beretta... Seriously? :white: :wall:

Falaschi deserved the call much more than Saitta and Corvetta, which are no sense calls. :read:

ok Beretta has been called, I kind of expected that. Anyway I hope that Buti will start, or at least that he shows through out the summer to deserve the place. Look at how he's playing during this finals! The other spot belongs to Birarelli, no doubt!
for the rest I quite like the calls...I don't understand why Falaschi is so little considered, but for the rest the calls are ok!
