They didn't get money from budget, lol they secretly got money from menager of security company who was protecting people during WCH matches. It was an unsuccessful deal.
Younger vicepresident was smarter and took some money from this menager on September but this older guy was on eye of Polish Anticorruption Company and he met with this menager of security company on 13th November and everything was controlled by police. On the evening they caught them. -

It is highest time that cuban federation get their heads out of their arses and allow all players to play for cuban NT again. They are depriving the volleyball community of a potentially awesome team who would fight for medals in every major competition
And as far as i can judge cuban mentality, this is what everyone of them would prefer to do instead of playing for Poland/Italy/Germany or whatever country.....

Playing with Juantorena and Leon in the national teams is called cheating. National teams shouldn't be allowed to buy their titles. Only players who are raised by the country /no matter of origin/ should be allowed to play for it - and this is for every country. Russia also cheats with Ukrainian players.
